In order to improve students' ability to adapt to the future society, primary school students' procedural thinking training courses have gradually become popular.Among them, the Scratch course is written into the primary school information technology textbooks. And it has become an excellent representative of students' learning program writing, procedural thinking and creative thinking. The purpose of this research is to design an inquiry-based teaching strategy to help students transform from passive acceptance of knowledge to active construction of knowledge. It aims to better adapt to the practical and innovative characteristics of the Scratch course. At the same time,it can also train students' learning ability and improve students' information literacy. The research mainly uses action research methods and adopts project-based inquiry teaching strategies.Based on a detailed analysis of Scratch textbooks,an inquiry-based teaching strategy is designed.Relying on three projects, proceed from the theory of constructivism,I use project evaluation,self-evaluation,interviews,observations and other methods to observe the growth of students from various aspects. And I adjust the teaching strategies in time.Through a semester of teaching practice, and through continuous adjustment and modification, the inquiry-based teaching strategy in the Scratch course of primary school is obtained: set a reasonable project situation, describe clear goals when importing, group activities and personality guidance, communication, sharing and feedback evaluation. In practice,it has been found that the inquiry-based teaching strategy is very suitable for primary school Scratch teaching.Students have made great progress in the sense-making of knowledge and skills, and have also improved in other aspects of personal growth.I hope that this research can help primary school teachers find a different way in Scratch teaching in order to help primary school students to learn happily and grow happily in a relaxed learning atmosphere.
