The employment of university students is related to China’s development in economicand social, social and political stability, modernization and people’s satisfy of basic needsand the problem of realizing the fundamental interests, related to the sustainability ofChina’s social development, and also related to the sustainable development of highereducation. Therefore, the employment of college students has the extremely profoundpractical significance for the problem of employment of University students. With thedeepening of China’s reform and opening up, graduate education is gradually in-depthdeveloping, and education scale become more and more big increasingly. However thegraduate employment problem has become more and more serious, and has an negativeeffect on the society, universities and graduate student themselves. On the one hand, thecontinuous development of economy and society requires that postgraduate education’sdevelopment needs to change from "elite" to "popular", graduate employment has shownnew features. On the other hand, the expanding of scale in education accompanied bypressure of employment and related problems come one after another. Graduateemployment has become the focus of the whole society.At present, university graduate in employment in Hunan province still has someproblems and contradictions and has appeared some its characteristics. To solve theseproblems and contradictions is related to not only the immediate interests of graduatestudents but also the sustainable development of graduate students, which is a bigchallenge the whole society facing. Therefore, to solve the graduate employment problemneeds a great contribution to the development and progress of society. From statisticalanalysis of survey and data, there exist some problems in Hunan province’s collegegraduate employment: much high expectations, ex-concentrated employment locationselection, lack of work skills, lack of occupation career planning, problem awareness isweak relatively outstanding. This paper aims to study Hunan province current universitygraduate employment problem and to resolve the current employment problems in order tohelp the graduate employment to come true their objectives.Thorough analysis in order to better employment status of Hunan Collegegraduate.This study will be along to ask questions, find answers to the reasons put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions to complete the logic of mainline.First, the paperdescribes research background, significance of the topic, Home and Abroad description and evaluation.Followed by a postgraduate university in Hunan province for employmentsituation described,by Hunan University graduate employment status and employmentcharacteristics of research. Hunan university for graduate employment difficulties,revealcurrent graduate employment problems, analyze the causes.Finally, on the promotion ofHunan University graduate employment measures.For employment problems, proposeappropriate solutions in order to deal with Hunan University graduate employment help.
