Flipping classroom as a new teaching mode into the university classroom,with small video as a teaching tool,to students self-study,inquiry learning-oriented,teachers as a supplement,play the subjectivity of students’ learning,compared with the traditional teaching model is conducive to training students’ self-study and cooperative consciousness.The research takes the teaching effect of college tennis elective course as the research object,and the two classes of physical education major in 2017 of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education and Education Science as the experimental object,and studies the teaching of college tennis elective course.This research uses teaching experimentation,Documentary method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method to test students’ physical fitness,tennis basic skills test,physical exercise attitude and students’ cooperative ability to explore the experimental research applied to tennis teaching.After 16 weeks of 64 hours of teaching experiments,the following results are obtained:1.There is no obvious difference between the physical fitness of middle school students in college tennis teaching and the traditional teaching mode;2.There is a significant difference between the tennis skills of middle school students in the teaching of tennis in colleges and universities;3.Flipping the classroom in college tennis teaching students exercise attitude compared with the traditional teaching model has a positive impact;4.There is a significant difference between the ability of students in college tennis teaching and traditional teaching models.This study draws the following conclusions: 1.Flipping the classroom teaching mode has a significant effect on students’ learning.The experimental group using flip classroom teaching in 16 weeks of tennis teaching was better than the control group of traditional teaching mode in physical quality,tennis skills,exercise attitude and student’s cooperative ability,which showed that the effect of flip classroom teaching improved significantly.2.The effect of flipping classroom teaching is better than that of the traditional teaching mode,but it can’t replace the traditional teaching mode.According to the actual situation of comprehensive choice,choose the most appropriate and practical teaching methods,in order to improve the quality of teaching.3.Flipping classroom teaching improves students’ interest in tennis,students’ ability of self-learning andcooperation.Give full play to students’ subjectivity,creativity and individual initiative,which is beneficial to students’ self-study,self-discipline and teamwork ability,so as to improve teaching efficiency.
