In the process of ice hockey competition,the fierce confrontation requires the athletes to quickly change attack and defense,and the athletes need to maintain a good sliding speed in the field,which requires the athletes to coordinate the upper and lower limbs in the sliding,and the ability to change before and after the sliding,and the athletes need to have a good core strength to complete the power change and coordination in the sliding.Therefore,this paper uses literature,expert interviews,experimental analysis,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct an experimental study on the influence of core strength training on the skating effect of ice hockey.This paper analyzes the influence of core strength training on the skate effect of ice hockey players by experimental comparison.The results show that:1.The core strength test results of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group,which means that the core strength training method is more effective than the traditional strength training method.2.Compared with the traditional strength training method,the core strength training method is more effective in improving the extension angle of the leg.The energy generated by the pedaling is the full and powerful extension from the hip to the knee and ankle.The improvement of the extension angle of the leg shows that the work on the ice surface is more complete,creating more forward sliding strength and improving the sliding speed.3.The ankle angle of the experimental group after core strength training is lower than that of the control group after traditional strength training.The smaller the ankle angle of the supporting leg,the better the sliding effect.This shows that the core strength training method is more effective than the traditional strength training method in improving the ankle angle of the supporting leg.4.Core strength can help reduce the control angle of the trunk,reduce the angle of the experimental group's sliding trunk,reduce the center of gravity during sliding,reduce the up and down floating of the skater's center of gravity,and improve the sliding stability.Compared with the traditional strength training method,the corestrength training method is better than the control group in improving the shoulder of the experimental group's weight-bearing sliding.5.The influence of core strength training on the direction of balance supporting feet of athletes is better than that of the control group.In the experimental group,the control of body stability is significantly improved when sliding to make single foot inner edge and outer edge turning or emergency stop,and the energy consumption generated by pedaling is also reduced,the loss of sliding speed is reduced,and the sliding quality is improved.The following suggestions are put forward for the core strength training of ice hockey players:1.It is suggested that in the process of core strength application,according to the needs of ice hockey sliding training,further refine the training stage,fully consider the characteristics of ice hockey sliding needs,and gradually develop the core strength training plan.Specifically,the first stage is basic theory learning,the second stage is simple core training of bare hands,the third stage is simple movement training of bare hands combined with equipment,the fourth stage is simple movement training of equipment,and the fifth stage is core training of equipment.2.It is suggested that in terms of load arrangement,ice hockey sliding core strength training should focus on different stages of athletes' training,gradually increase the form of composite training,increase the interval time in the early stage,and gradually return to normal in the later stage.In terms of training equipment,increase core strength training such as Swiss ball training,and increase nutrition supplement guidance.3.It is suggested that after the core strength training of ice hockey sliding,yoga can be used for relaxation and preparation activities around the athletes' training and recovery methods.For example,the preparation activities are carried out in simple asanas,the end of relaxation is combined with meditation and music,and the integration of relaxation asanas.4.For ice hockey sliding training,it is necessary to strengthen the deep leg muscle group training,make a reasonable leg core strength training plan,combine theleg strength and core strength training,and carry out core strength training after general strength training.5.In the process of ice hockey gliding training,according to the characteristics of core strength required by gliding,in addition to strengthening the leg core training in the training process,we should pay attention to the training of feeling ability for the change of center of gravity of ice hockey players,and integrate different training methods for the change of center of gravity.
