Shot is the life of the inline hockey movement, the team any implementation tactics of the objective is to penetrate the defense and the ball into the goal, to achieve the ultimate goal of score. In order to improve the accuracy of the athlete shoots, besides must grasp the correct technical movement, must have good physical quality. Due to inline hockey shoot when done in the middle of slide, slide not only requires good technology, must have certain coordinated ability, must also have a quick shot speed do guarantee, and the waist abdomen strength in shoot finish plays a vital role. Improve the coaches and athletes to the recognition of the importance of the waist abdomen strength, to explore the lumbar abdomen of scientific training methods, is inline hockey breakthrough athlete waist abdomen strength training.’This article the literature material method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, research methods, combined with the characteristics of the inline hockey shot selection for eight kinds of waist abdomen strength training method, selection of Beijing sports university special inline hockey class14without any back injury history man inline hockey player as experimental object, were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, two groups for8weeks of training. Training contents, the basis of two groups of the experimental group were combined with special technology action to waist abdomen strength training, the control for regular waist abdomen strength training, before and after the experiment the torso and neck strength test system and radar on two groups of waist abdomen strength quality and shot speed test and comparison, in order to understand the impact of the waist abdomen strength training for shooting speed, for the future domestic ball shot speed of ascension and inline hockey level of ascension to provide certain reference and help.In this paper, the research conclusion is as follows:(1) combined with special technology action of lumbar abdomen training can effectively improve the waist abdomen strength of inline hockey player. Experimental group before and after the experiment after the proneness of0°, back waist stretched on the right side of30°of flexion and30°, waist waist left circumflex30°and the waist right swing30°five indicators showed significant difference (P<.05), the left side of the bend at the waist in30°show very significant difference (P<.01), visible with special technology action of lumbar abdomen training to improve the in-line skates ball waist abdomen strength effect is superior to the traditional training athletes.(2) the use of radar for the two groups before and after the experiment the ejection way, hit two shots of average shot velocity are measured, and the experimental results show that combined with special technology action of lumbar abdomen training on in-line skates ball player shot speed is very significant difference (P<.01), the experimental group’s average shot velocity is significantly higher than the control group.(3) this study concluded that combining with special technology action waist abdomen strength training can significantly improve, improve in-line skates ball waist abdomen strength athletes, and help to shot speed boost.
