With the development of information technology,Internet has penetrated into all walks of life.Internet plus has become an important means to promote the development of the era.It has created a new era of 2.0 through continuous crossborder integration with all walks of life.Through the integration with education,it brings great opportunities for the development of the education field and its subjects.Under the background of this huge development opportunity,micro class,as a special product of the "Internet plus" era,came into being and gained the favor of many educators.At the same time,the rise of micro lesson is exactly the same as the characteristics of "Internet plus",and has become the perfect carrier for deep integration.In the teaching of related majors in some colleges and universities,micro course has been regarded as a traditional teaching auxiliary teaching method to broaden teaching channels,standardize teaching content,stimulate students' interest in learning,and improve the quality of education and teaching.However,at present,there are few researches on the application of micro course in the technical teaching of football general course.This paper selects the application of micro course in the teaching process of football general course of sports training major in Colleges and universities as the research object.By analyzing the basic characteristics and teaching objectives of football general course of sports training major in Colleges and universities,it uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current teaching situation of football general course in Colleges and universities,and measures the relevant sports indexes of students On the basis of the design and development of micro teaching resources,and based on this teaching resources to implement 12 micro teaching experiments,and finally the impact of this teaching mode on students' learning results is analyzed comprehensively.This paper explores the feasibility of applying micro course to the technical teaching of Football General Course in Colleges and universities,and then focuses on providing theoretical and practical basis for improving the quality of physical education teaching and promoting the teaching of football technology and other directions in Colleges and universities.The results show that:(1)The traditional teaching mode can significantly improve the basic football skills of students,but not the physical quality of football.In the control group,the basic technical scores of the two items of football were significantly improved,among which the scores of the ball passing test were significantly improved(P < 0.05);the scores of the ball dribbling around the bar shooting test were significantly improved(P < 0.01),and the scores of the two items of football special quality test were no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)The micro class teaching mode is significant for improving the basic technical performance of students,but not for improving the physical quality of football.In the experimental group,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the micro class teaching mode can better improve the basic football skills of the football students in the general course,but not significantly improve the physical quality of football.In terms of football basic technology,the test results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05);in terms of football special quality,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).
