Research On The Cultivation Of Responsibility Consciousness Of College Students In The New Era

Chinese youth of new era should bear responsibilities of times.As part of the youth community,College students should have the awareness of responsibility.As a basic moral awareness,responsibility awareness should internalize the moral requirements of the ruling class and externalize into moral practice.With the change and development of the times,the structural mode of college students' awareness of responsibility in the new era is in conflict with the needs of the times.It is embodied as the docking problem of moral identity,cognition and realistic morality as ideology.From the perspective of ideological function of morality,this paper discusses the problem of "spiritual lack field" in the cultivation of college students' awareness of responsibility in the new era.First of all,this paper defines the connotation of the responsibility awareness of college students in the new era,and clears that letting college students take responsibility in heart and dare to take responsibility and are good at carrying out responsibility is the main task of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era,and explains the value proposition of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era,and interprets the requirements of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era.Secondly,combined with the questionnaire and interview,this paper teases the current situation of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era,and summarize the progress of the cultivation,and concludes problems in the cultivation,and analyzes causes.Last but not least,this paper addresses causes of the cultivation' problems,and explores countermeasures of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era from the cultivation concept and cultivation mechanism and cultivation system and strengthening the political socialization of cultivation,and tries to enhance the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students' responsibility awareness in the new era.
