Guided by the learning theories of constructivism and Cognitivism,this paper aims at the obstacles of improving students' problem-solving ability in modern teaching and puts forward the concrete method of using FERMI's physics problem teaching to improve students' problem-solving ability.This article also attempts to summarize the sources of FERMI's physics problems and proposes the representation theory of making measurement tools for Fermi's physical problems and the scoring criteria of the tool combining Solo scoring,PTA scoring and self-organization Representation theory of Professor Xing Hongjun.This paper carries out Fermi's physics problem education and practice research and uses it as a basis for comparing the development of problem-solving ability with Fermi's Physical Problem-Solving Ability in the study.Whether or not FERMI's physics problem teaching can enhance students' problem-solving ability was studied through three weeks of teaching practice and pre and post testing in experimental and control classes.Finally,combining the research results and relevant practical experience,the paper puts forward the teaching suggestions of FERMI's physics problems.This research is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part briefly introduces the theoretical background and research significance of FERMI's physics problem.Through documentation collation and overview on domestic and foreign Fermi's physics problem research,the research goal,research methods and research ideas are defined.The second part summarizes and concludes some current FERMI's physics problems,studies the principles of compiling and selecting topics,and finally synthesizes some scenes from life and books to carry out example demonstration after corresponding FERMI's physics problem with the mechanics and electromagnetic in Shanghai Edition of Junior High School physics textbooks.The third part puts forward relevant representation of the FERMI's physics problem through combining the self-organization representation,SOLO scoring method and PTA scoring method.Also,it compiles two measurement tools in Tools for Measuring Problem-Solving Ability of Junior High School Students and Tools for Measuring FERMI Physics Problems,gives the scoring criteria of FERMI's physicsproblem measurement tool and studies the principle.In the fourth part,the author first explains theoretically why Fermi's physics problems can improve students' problem-solving ability.At practical level,the author not only compares and analyzes the results of the two sets of correlation scales,but also sets up the experimental class and control class in the junior middle school and has a 3-week teaching practice of Fermi's physics problems and a pre-and-post test of Fermi's physics problems scale.In the fifth part,the author compiles two teaching cases based on personal teaching experience of the Fermi's physics problem and puts forward practical teaching suggestions.Seen from the results of both scales,physical problem-solving ability and Fermi's physics problem-solving ability shows a moderate correlation.The teaching practice shows that students' ability of solving Fermi's physics problem can be improved effectively through teaching practice.It can be concluded that Fermi's physics problem teaching can improve students' physics problem-solving ability,but the application of Fermi's physics problem in class requires students' active cooperation.Therefore,this content is more appropriate for the expansion class type and group discussion teaching strategy.
