Participate In The Investigation Of The Influence Of Student Clubs On The Leadership Of College Students

The development and cultivation of college student leadership is an important field of leadership research.Under the background of globalization,the cultivation and development of college student leadership is not only of great strategic value to the development of the country,but also of great significance to the improvement of college student personal quality.Community activities are the main campus life style outside of learning.It is undoubtedly of great value to study the influence of participating in community on the improvement of college student leadership.In this study,the participation of student community is divided into four aspects:motivation,type,way and intensity of participation;the college student leadership is divided into five dimensions: setting an example,shared vision,challenging the current situation,making people behave and inspiring people.The data used in this paper comes from a sample survey of four universities in Shanghai.In this study,440 college students were investigated by questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of participation in the community and their leadership development level.The influence of four aspects of participation in the community on the leadership of college students was analyzed.Then,three mentors,three leaders of the community and three ordinary members were interviewed in-depth to learn about the university on the basis of the outstanding problems encountered by students in participating in the community,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the participation of community to improve the leadership of college students.The results show that: the overall leadership development level of college students is in the middle level,and in demographic variables,there is no significant difference between the leadership of college students with different gender and major.However,there are significant differences in grade,political outlook,student cadre experience and part-time internship experience.The leadership of senior college students,Party members,students with cadre experience and part-time internship experience is significantly higher.In terms of the influence of community participation on college student leadership,there is a correlation between college students participation in community activities and college student leadership,and the difference is significant.The leadership degree of college students who participate in the community is higher than that of students who do not participate in the community;The influence of different participation motivation on college student leadership is different,and the leadership degree of college students who have good motivation is higher than that of students who have bad motivation;Different types of participating organizations have influence on the leadership of college students,but the difference is not significant;Different ways of participating in organizations have different influence on the leadership of college students,from the average value of leadership of college students,the leadership of community cadres is higher than that of ordinary members;from the strength of community participation,the influence of the length of community participation on the leadership of college students is significantly different,When the number of participating organizations is 2,the leadership score of college students is the highest.The frequency of community participation has a significant impact on the four dimensions of college student leadership: setting an example,sharing the vision,making people behave and inspiring people.According to the results of the above investigation and analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of the community.First of all,the school should strengthen the guidance of the community,help the students to set up the correct motivation,and promote the overall development of their ability.Secondly,optimizing the community structure and promoting the scientific improvement of leadership.Then,establishing incentive mechanism for community development,enhancing role training,and ensuring leadership improvement.Finally,the construction of the connotation of the community should be strengthen,improving the participation intensity of the community,and promoting the continuous improvement of the leadership of college students.
