| The research is mainly based on the current surge in the number of college graduates each year,the large employment competition for college students,and the grim employment situation,which has led to the phenomenon of "slow employment"among college students.A study on student satisfaction of employment guidance service in local normal colleges is proposed.Based on domestic and foreign research on employment guidance services,this article defines the concepts of student satisfaction,local normal colleges,and employment guidance services.Based on customer satisfaction and stakeholder theory,students are treated as the objects of service provided by universities.,That is,the customer,has compiled a questionnaire on student satisfaction with employment guidance services in local normal colleges.Taking SN University as an example,it explores the satisfaction of students in the employment guidance service of local normal colleges and universities,and explores the reasons for the satisfaction of the students in the employment guidance service in SN University.It also proposes reasonable suggestions and suggestions for the existing problems in the employment guidance service in SN University Countermeasures.The specific process of empirical research on student satisfaction of employment guidance services in local normal colleges and universities is as follows:The questionnaire on employment satisfaction of student guidance services in this paper is divided into five dimensions,namely,the concept and mechanism of employment guidance services,content and form,facilities and conditions,and the teaching staff.And service management.Issue questionnaires,retrieve questionnaires,and organize and analyze the questionnaire data.It was found that the student satisfaction of SN University belongs to the middle observer,and the satisfaction of each latitude is not high.Second,the study found that students with different individual characteristics had significant differences in satisfaction with employment guidance services.In order to conduct more in-depth research,conduct sample interviews with students,explore the reasons for the low satisfaction of SN University’s employment guidance service,and finally propose to build a system for the employment guidance student satisfaction evaluation based on the research results,and build a comprehensive and personalized employment guidance service.There are 6 measures to improve employment guidance service agencies,strengthen the teaching staff of employment guidance services,enrich the content and form of employment guidance services,and improve facilities and conditions. |
