Since February 2015,when the central government comprehensively deepened the reform and passed the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football,the technology of Chinese football has developed rapidly,commercialization has been continuously improved,and audience groups have been continuously expanded.This new era of football also puts forward new requirements for football players: faster speed,stronger confrontation and higher technology.In the new era,high-level teams all have the same characteristics-attach importance to physical training.If a good football player wants to perform well,he needs excellent skills and excellent physical ability.Physical fitness is a basic and important quality.However,at present,the understanding of physical fitness training in China is insufficient,there is no mature physical fitness training system,and there is no standardized and systematic training method.On the contrary,foreign countries have promoted physical fitness training to a very high status,and athletes attach great importance to physical fitness training.Teenagers are at the peak of their physical development,which is also a sensitive period for the development of various physical qualities.They must be distinguished from adult athletes and scientifically and rationally carry out physical training for young soccer players.Purposes:This paper studies the physical fitness characteristics of young men's soccer players in Shanghai,and puts forward the adjustment of physical fitness training plan for young men's soccer in Shanghai,which provides the basis for improving the physical fitness training level of young men's soccer in Shanghai.Methods:Based on the physical development characteristics of young men's soccer players in Shanghai,84 young men's soccer players registered by Shanghai Sports Bureau were selected to investigate the physical fitness training status of young men's soccer players in Shanghai by means of tests and questionnaires(Shanghai Young Men's Soccer Players Physical Fitness Training Status Questionnaire).At the same time,referring to the assessment criteria and scoring criteria of strength,speed,endurance and other physical fitness related indicators for soccer players in the "Chinese Children and Youth Football Training Outline",as well as relevant literature and interviews with soccer experts,the indicators are selected and evaluated,the physical fitness characteristics of Shanghai young men's soccer players are summarized,and the adjustment scheme of targeted football physical fitness training is proposed.After3 months,the strength,speed,endurance,sensitivity and other physical fitness related indicators of soccer players are tested again.Results:1,Shanghai young men's soccer players physical fitness training survey results:(1)Young men's football players' cognition of physical fitness training:(1)According to the investigation results of young men's football players' understanding of physical fitness training,the proportions of very understanding,comparatively understanding,general understanding and not understanding are 3.6%,29.8%,65.5% and 1.2%respectively;(2)38.1% of the young men's soccer players think that the purpose of physical training is to maintain sufficient physical fitness in the competition,29.8%think that it is to improve the technical and tactical level of soccer,and 32.1% think that it is to exercise.(3)The investigation on the influence degree of physical fitness on competitive ability of young football players shows that the proportions that think it is very important,important,generally important and unimportant are 9.5%,14.3%,51.2% and 25% respectively.The above results show that the young men's soccer players have insufficient cognition about the promotion of physical fitness training to the special skills of soccer.(2)The load adaptability of young male soccer players to physical training: the survey results show that only 15.5% of the players think they can fully adapt to the load of physical training,and 47.6% think they can basically adapt to the load of physical training,but 29.8% and 7.1% of the players still say they are not very suitable and completely unsuitable.This shows that the current load in football physical fitness training lacks rationality and is not conducive to the overall improvement of the physical fitness of young men's football players.(3)Feedback on the performance of young men's soccer players' physical fitness during matches: 83.3% of young men's soccer players have experienced physical exhaustion during matches,only 21.4% of young players think that they have sufficient physical fitness during matches,and the survey results on the length of physical fitness supply for young soccer players during matches show that 51.2% of athletes can maintain their physical fitness for 30-50 minutes during a football match.35.7% of the athletes can hold on for less than 30 minutes in a football match,while only 13.1% of the athletes can hold on for more than 50 minutes in a match.This shows that the current performance of athletes' physical fitness in the competition is not optimistic and cannot meet the physical fitness needs of the whole competition.(4)Young men's soccer players' feedback on physical fitness training: 72.6% of young men's soccer players think the current physical fitness training is effective,but judging from the feedback from coaches on the physical fitness training effect of athletes,only12% of coaches have adopted monitoring measures on the physical fitness training effect of athletes,60.0% of coaches have occasionally monitored the physical fitness training effect of athletes,and 28.0% of coaches have never adopted monitoring measures on the physical fitness training effect of athletes.This shows that coaches lack effective monitoring of physical fitness training for young men's soccer players.2,Shanghai young men's soccer players physical fitness level:(1)The physical fitness level of Shanghai young men's soccer players before the adjustment of the physical fitness training program: the physical fitness of Shanghai young men's soccer players as a whole is at an upper-middle level,and the excellent rates of grip strength,back strength and sit-ups in strength quality are 25%,11.1% and9.5% respectively;The excellence rates of 30 M and 50 M in speed quality are 10.7%and 14.3%;The excellent rate of 50M×8 endurance quality is 31%;The excellent rates of jumping rope and running around the pole in 1min are 21.7% and 25.3%respectively.The excellent rate of sitting forward flexion in flexibility is 15.5%.Therefore,Shanghai young men's soccer players have obvious advantages in upper limb strength,endurance quality,skipping rope and running around the pole,while their core strength,flexibility quality and speed quality are relatively weak.(2)The development of physical fitness level of young men's soccer players in Shanghai after the adjustment of physical fitness training program for 3 months:Through the adjustment of physical fitness training program for young men's soccer players in Shanghai,compared with before the adjustment of training program,the strength quality of young men's soccer players in Shanghai has been significantly improved(P?0.05),mainly manifested by significant improvement in back muscle strength(P?0.05)and sit-up performance(P?0.05).In terms of speed quality,the speed quality also increased significantly(P?0.05),showing that both 30 M run(P?0.05)and 50 M run(P?0.05)were significantly improved.In terms of endurance quality,endurance quality has been significantly improved(P?0.05),which is manifested by a significant improvement in the test result of 50M×8 running(P?0.05).In the aspect of agility and coordination,the total score of agility and coordination quality was also significantly increased(P?0.05),showing that the results of skipping rope(P?0.05)and running around the pole(P?0.05)in 1min were significantly improved.In terms of flexibility quality,flexibility quality showed a very significant improvement trend(P?0.01),showing a very significant improvement in the results of sitting forward flexion(P?0.01).Conclusion:(1)The adjustment of the training plan,training methods and means and the adjustment of training load in the adjustment of the physical fitness training plan for Shanghai young men's soccer have certain pertinence.The athletes can basically adapt to the existing physical fitness training load and are suitable for Shanghai young men's soccer athletes.(2)Designing training plans,training methods and means and loads according to advanced research results in different periods can promote the coordinated improvement of all aspects of the quality of young football players.The optimized physical training scheme can not only significantly improve the upper limb strength,endurance quality,jumping rope and running around the pole of young male football players in Shanghai,maintain the original advantages,but also significantly improve the core strength,flexibility quality and speed quality.
