Research On Youth Labor Education In The New Era

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,On the basis of fully inheriting Marx's view of labor and the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,President Xi put forward a series of new viewpoint for the reform and development of labor education.It not only enriches and develops the Marxist educational thought,but also inherits and innovates the education theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which provides a strong ideological guidance for us to realize the fundamental educational task of " foster character and civic virtue ".Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human society,and labor education is an important part of training socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.However,in real life,labor education "has been weakened in school,in family,and in society" has become an indisputable fact,and the education function of labor education has been greatly challenged.How to define and develop labor education in the new era?What are the misunderstandings in the current youth labor education? What problems should be overcome and solved? What are the methods and countermeasures? This series of problems will become the focus of this paper.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part focuses on the basic connotation of labor and labor education,and analyzes the characteristics,significance and value of youth labor education.The second part focuses on the theoretical guidance and historical evolution of juvenile labor education.The third part mainly discusses the connotation requirements and development status of youth labor education in the new era.The fourth part mainly puts forward systematic countermeasures against the prominent contradictions and problems in the current youth labor education.The countermeasures include: carrying out the party's educational policy in an all-round way,setting up the concept of "Five Education" integrated development;improving the top-level design,constructing the implementation and evaluation system of labor education in the new era;and promoting the integrated implementation of labor education with the joint management of schools,society and families.
