training.The final conclusions are:1.The academic students and tutors of the physical education master of Shanghai Normal University have a high degree of understanding of the training objectives and think that the training objectives should be paid more attention to the training of scientific research ability.All aspects of the training objectives are more comprehensive,but the content of the training goals with social needs and the curriculum are all in general.The training directions are more than fine.The graduate students' entrance examination method is good,but the physical education training and the national traditional sports major re-examination lack of skill assessment.The number of enrolment increased year by year,and the students were mainly from other places.The teacher's evaluation of the freshman's quality is not too high.2.The overall quality of the academic graduate students of the physical education master of Shanghai Normal University is high,but there is a loss of balance among the subjects.The number of doctors and professors in the professional tutors of sports education and training is few,the number of sports human science and national traditional sports tutors are few,and the construction of the tutor's echelon is lack.Venues and facilities and experimental conditions are available but lack of high-level laboratories;they can guarantee funds in accordance with the relevant provisions of the school and improve the system of awards.3.The degree of recognition of the percentage of curriculum credits,the evaluation of the importance of each course and the satisfaction of the teachers in each course are all high in the academic postgraduate students of Shanghai Normal University.The main problems in curriculum setting include lack of technical courses and so on.Compared with the postgraduate courses in East China Normal University and Shanghai Institute of sports,the main problems of postgraduate courses are the lack of interdisciplinary elective courses and subject frontiers lecture courses,scientific research methods and sports statistics courses,and the neglect of practice.4.The master's degree of academic sports
