| Educational practice is an integral part of the education process in Normal University, is an effective way to train qualified teachers, as well as the main means of a comprehensive measure and talent training quality of higher education.At the same time, the education of students’ practice is a comprehensive test of knowledge,s an effective way to promote students’ ability to convert knowledge, but also to guide the transition of students to teachers to implement an important part of the role of conversion.<The planning of the Long-term Education Reform and Develop of Country>definitely point out : “Strengthen teacher education,deepen reform,innovation and training mode, enhanced specialized practice areas, strengthen ethics training and teaching ability training, to improve the quality of teacher training. â€This paper mainly adopts the literature method, interview method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics etc. The current situation is analyzed from the education practice survey of the Shanghai normal university of Physical Education of the 2010 grade and 2011 grade’s. and from their three stages of the educational probation, education practice and education workshop By analyzing the shortcoming of 10 grade in teaching practice, and the reforming of the teaching practice model of physical education for 11 of "two stages", we can realize some weak links and put out corresponding countermeasures in the current situation of the Shanghai Normal University Sports Physical Education and professional educational practice in the internship process. So we can draw some conclusions as follows:(1)Shanghai Normal University Physical Education in Education probationary period exactly do some preparatory work, and education interns were satisfied overall.However, the number of the arrangement of the trainee content is less, the training time of preparing job is shorter, opportunities to practice is fewer. The professional education learning content is comprehensive,but the work of the teacher in charge of a class and classroom teaching quality evaluation is less.(2)The educational practice of Shanghai Normal University Institute of Physical Education of 2010 grade is in the 7th semester for a period of 17 weeks, and the practice base is unstable.Mainly decentralized, and the mode of centralized practice just is a supplement;Practice schedule is The guiding teachers are not enough,so the guide is not in place. The content of the practice is not comprehensive, so few class work and sports research work were carried out.(3)Aiming at the problems of the 10 th level of education practice and implementingthe “Two-stage†education practice mode for the 11 th level education practice,most of the students recognized the practice mode.That "two-stage" practice mode internship rich content; instructor attitude, guidance higher frequency; teaching skills have been greatly improved; at the same time improve the quality of teaching practice and take into account of students’ employment.(4)Interns recognize and affirm "two-stage", which plays the important role in improving education practice mode practical effect.But practice mode to occupies too much time to test physical health,and affects the progress of the internship. The convergence stage of centralized and decentralized phase is not good enough.(5)Influence of Shanghai normal university sports education professional education internship has many factors; the school does not pay attention to sports practice, do not support the work of the internship;Not good to stimulate students’ interest in physical education; internship school grounds equipment is not enough; internships schools recognized for their low degree of non-compliance with classroom discipline;their practice teaching lack of capacity, lack of experience; the university is not enough content and primary and secondary real convergence. |
