| With the new reform of the examination system of the state council in 2014,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other places,as the first batch of pilot areas,were the first to carry out the reform of the college entrance examination.Tianjin launched a comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination system in 2017,and the 2020 students will be the first to face the reform of the college entrance examination.High school students’ college entrance examination results are composed of Chinese,foreign language and mathematics,and students are required to choose any three of the six subjects including politics,history,geography,physics,chemistry and biology.Driven by the new reform mode of college entrance examination,schools should carry out career planning education for students in senior high school,so that students can form correct self-cognition as early as possible.Actively explore your future career;Reasonable planning of study time and future life development;Find a career that suits your characteristics and abilities.Career planning education can help students to understand the university and its major they want to apply for in advance,guide students to choose and effectively arrange the learning content in the college entrance examination,which will play a decisive role and influence on high school students’ course selection.This study is divided into four parts.The first part,through the research of relevant literature and theories at home and abroad,finds the necessity of career planning in high school under the promotion of college entrance examination reform.The second part elaborates the relevant theoretical basis.In the third part,questionnaire and interview are used to investigate the students of a high school in Tianjin,to understand the current situation of high school students’ career planning education under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,and to analyze the existing problems in the school’s career planning education.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the career planning education of senior high school under the background of the new college entrance examination.Through this research,the problems in the career planning education in senior high school are expounded,and the implementation strategies of career planning education are discussed.From the questionnaire to the interview records,it was found that the students in the case school had different grades and family backgrounds in career cognition and planning consciousness.In the face of the new college entrance examination reform,most students are confused about how to carry out career planning.At the same time,the problems existing in the school’s career coaching are analyzed,and students’ satisfaction with the school’s career planning education is relatively low.Therefore,this paper gives corresponding Suggestions from four aspects: students,schools,teachers and parents. |
