Research On The Practical Application And Influencing Factors Of Preschool Teachers’ Educational Wit

In the process of teachers’ professional development,educational wit is an indispensable ability of teachers.Whether in regular or abnormal educational activities,educational wit can make teachers better grasp the educational situation,make educational behavior conducive to students’ learning and growth,and achieve positive educational results.Especially in early childhood education,because of the particularity of the object of education,the educational situation is more complex and changeable,so it is more necessary for preschool teachers to have and be good at using educational wit to promote the all-round development of children’s personality.In this study,two teachers were selected as the main research object by means of purposeful sampling,and the research data were collected by means of observation and interview method to analyze the behavior performance of preschool teachers in the practice of educational wit,and through in-depth interviews with the two teachers,the factors affecting their educational wit application were summarized and analyzed.Research shows that the two teachers in the use of educational wit in the process of five behavioral performance: to stimulate learning with interest,build a bridge between interest and learning;Miao zhong sheng xin,bring children a different emotional experience;be good at using doubt,give children a space for thinking and judgment;think and exchange feelings,maintain an open understanding of the experience of young children;skillful teacher,and children to establish a democratic and harmonious teacher-child relationship.The educational wit of the two teachers is mainly influenced by their own accomplishment and the environmental foundation of the kindergarten.The aspects of their own accomplishment include: the establishment of the correct view of children and the view of education;the love and input of children and work;and the knowledge The broad and rich experience of knowledge and practice;the individual’s reflective consciousness and reflective ability;the basic aspects of kindergarten environment include: the guidance and guidance of the concept of kindergarten running;the stimulation and edification of kindergarten education environment;the support and infiltration of kindergarten curriculum model,the above two levels of factors together affect teachers’ use of educational wit.In this study,the researchers obtained the following four enlightenment: reflective consciousness and habit help to transform and generate educational practice wisdom;exercise adaptability is beneficial to deal with educational incidental events;teacher’s teaching autonomy can expand the space of educational wit use;wisdom sharing activities can better stimulate educational witty use.
