In recent years,the entire book has been paid more and more attention.In the General Senior High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),it has been clearly stipulated that "reading and exploring the entire book" is the first "learning task group" for compulsory senior high school courses.This also means that at the senior high school level,the entire book is read as a formal curriculum,which is officially used as part of teaching.This is also the biggest breakthrough in the new high school Chinese curriculum reform.In the process of reading the entire book,students can not only realize the unique charm of reading,develop good reading habits,but also can draw nutrients and cultivate sentiment in the process of reading the entire book.Reading teaching has always been the top priority of Chinese subjects,and the entire book reading has received more and more attention.However,the entire book reading teaching has always been difficult in Chinese teaching.So far,educators have not been able to figure out a relatively systematic and efficient whole book reading teaching strategy.Throughout the development process of the entire book reading teaching,many scholars have also made a series of arduous explorations of the whole book reading teaching.However,judging from the current status of the implementation of the entire book reading teaching in high school,it is not optimistic.In order to explore the effective use of the entire high school book reading teaching strategy in order to improve the shortcomings,this article discusses from the following four aspects:The first part is the introduction,which mainly analyzes the research status of the whole book reading teaching in high school,and clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the research on this subject.The second part is the theoretical basis and practical necessity of the whole book reading in high school.First,it briefly describes the theoretical basis of the whole book reading teaching in high school,and then discusses the practical necessity of the whole book reading teaching in high school.Students grasp the overall problem-seeking consciousness,develop students ’good reading habits,cultivate students’ overall reading ability,independent writing ability,and help students form a good value concept to carry out specific discussions.The third part is a survey of the current situation and problems of the entire book reading teaching in high school.The author conducts in-depth investigation and research through school internships,and investigates the current status of the entire book reading teaching practice in high schools through statistical survey questionnaires,teacher interviews,and classroom observation.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the current problems inreading teaching of the entire book are summarized,and the causes of the problems are discussed.The fourth part is aimed at the problems existing in the present situation,proposed the corresponding high school book reading teaching strategy,respectively from raising teachers’ teaching ability,cultivate the students’ interest in learning the whole book,ensuring the enough time to do the whole book reading,set the diversity of the whole book reading activities,the implementation of the whole book reading teaching and the implementation of the whole book reading teaching evaluation in six aspects.
