Research On The Fault Phenomenon Of Grass-roots Agricultural Science And Technology Talents In Yueyang City, Hunan Province

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,and the development of agricultural economy is an important guarantee to realize the sustainable development of our country’s economy.The issue of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" is closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The country is thriving and talent-oriented.Agricultural science and technology talents have their special status and role in solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers,promoting agricultural and rural development and building a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the reform and opening up,especially in the past ten years,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have paid great attention to rural work,vigorously promoted the construction of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",issued a series of policies to strengthen agriculture and benefit agriculture,and local governments have also issued various policies and measures to protect people’s livelihood and promote development.The construction of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" has made considerable progress,especially since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,which was put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping.Village revitalization strategy is in full swing.However,the construction and development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are still facing many challenges and potential crises,such as frequent extreme weather events,backward means of production,lack of farmers’ awareness of scientific and technological planting,slow extension of agricultural technology,serious destruction of soil and water resources,and imperfect distribution network of agricultural products,etc.Especially,the fault crisis of grass-roots agricultural scientific and technological personnel is highlighted,and the development and research of agricultural technology,agricultural science and technology are highlighted.The popularization and promotion of new varieties will have a far-reaching impact.Therefore,we must attach great importance to the problems of grass-roots agricultural technicians,such as lack of green and yellow,insufficient quantity,low level and unspecific business.We should ensure the stability of agricultural technicians from the aspects of system,mechanism,policy and measures,and training channels,ensure the continuous updating of agricultural technicians’ knowledge,timely promotion of new technologies and varieties,and continuous innovation of production technology and means.This paper uses case method to analyze the fault phenomenon of grass-roots agricultural extension talents in Yueyang City,Hunan Province,and points out the existing outstanding problems and the causes of these problems,then further explores the effective ways to solve these problems.
