In 2014,the ministry of education formally put forward the concept of "core literacy" for the first time.The 2017 edition of the curriculum standards of general high school education of the ministry of education identified the concept of "core literacy" as the theme of the curriculum standards,and identified the goal of cultivating the comprehensive ability of ordinary high school students.As a natural science discipline,modern chemistry is obviously responsible for the development of students' consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation.Modern chemistry,as a subject,makes full use of chemical experiment is the best way and choice to cultivate students' consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation.Due to enter the lab operation conditions may exist various interference factors,this article is based on science inquiry and innovation consciousness,using modern education technology simulation experiment to a certain extent,can replace some of the authenticity of the experiments to cultivate the students' science inquiry ability and innovation consciousness,innovation point of the article is to the simulation experiment and scientific inquiry and innovative consciousness.First of all,through the collection of literature to understand the relevant concepts and research status at home and abroad,and the use of simulation experiment platform software due to various factors can not complete the simulation of the experimental process,skilled use of the simulation experiment software functions.Secondly,taking two classes of shenyang no.11 middle school as the research object,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 98 students to understand the application status of simulation experiment in high school teaching practice,and SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze and process the data of effective scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness.Finally,the teaching content is integrated with the teaching design of simulation experiment and the teaching effect is analyzed through the teaching evaluation results of two classes in the whole semester.After a semester of classroom teaching,it can be seen that chemical experiments that cannot be completed in the textbook can be applied to experimental teaching by combining with the redesign of the simulation experiment platform,which can not only supplement the regret of not being able to actually operate experiments,but also stimulate students' love for scientific experiments,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating comprehensive quality.The research found that the application of the simulation experiment software to the chemistryexperiment class has played a very obvious teaching achievement,which not only stimulates the students' enthusiasm for chemistry,exercises the students' practical operation level,but also stimulates and cultivates the students' consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation,and cultivates and improves their scientific literacy.
