The new curriculum standard of chemistry in senior high school puts forward new requirements for experimental teaching and regards the core quality of chemistry as an important indicator of students’ all-round development.Chemistry experiment teaching is not only the focus of chemistry course,but also the concrete content that reflects students’ scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness.Taking the development of students’ consciousness of scientific inquiry and innovation as the starting point,the design of high school chemistry experiment plays a promoting role in improving the teaching quality of high school chemistry experiment.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out research on teaching strategies of high school chemistry experiment to promote students’ scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness.Questionnaire survey method was adopted in this study.Questionnaire was distributed to investigate the development of scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness and the current situation of chemical experiment teaching of students in practice schools.Through the data analysis,it is found that the school chemistry experiment teaching does not provide students with enough hands-on operation and practical innovation opportunities;And students’ scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness has not been well developed.According to the conclusion of the questionnaire survey and related teaching contents,four teaching strategies are obtained to cultivate students’ scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness.The first is the teaching strategies to cultivate students’ ability to find problems,including the use of life news,history of science,etc.as problem situations to stimulate students’ awareness of problems.The second is the teaching strategy to cultivate students’ ability to design and implement experiments.Specifically,it is to enable students to design and conduct exploratory experiments and improve students’ ability to design and implement experiments independently.The third is the teaching strategy of cultivating students’ cooperation and communication ability,which promotes the development of students’ ability in cooperation and communication by conducting exploratory experiments together through group cooperation.The fourth is the teaching strategy of cultivating students’ innovative consciousness ability.By guiding students to design the experiment from the perspective of multiple thinking,the optimal experiment scheme can be obtained.Through the analysis of practical teaching,the following conclusions are obtained: First,practical teaching promotes the development and improvement of students’ scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness,and strengthens students’ operational and practical ability.Second,practical teaching improves students’ academic performance.The third is to provide teaching suggestions for the cultivation of "scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness" in high school chemistry experiment teaching.Due to factors such as time,number of studies and measurement methods,this study also has some shortcomings.The cultivation of scientific inquiry and innovation consciousness is a long-term process,which needs more researchers to improve constantly.
