The pace of people’s modern life is gradually speeding up,and primary and secondary school students are no longer just playing after going out of class as before.They are eager to enrich their extracurricular space.Putting forward along with the slogan "burden",the students more free time,while their parents work time reduced,but no result in primary and middle school students outside of class time is outside the scope of regulation,namely in primary and middle school students from school in the afternoon to parents come home from work time base is in a state of no regulation,as a result of the spare time education supervision,safety supervision,lead to students outside the school security problems frequently.Thus,is very necessary to make the child safety,through many ways forward to parents’ home after school this time,the primary and middle school students growing up from Internet cafe,violence,all sorts of sinister factors such as traffic accidents,trafficking,strive for primary and middle school students in extra-curricular travel-activity orderly conduct various security activities.Chongqing banan fong kuo lung chau bay street community launched "4:30 class" model,by actively using the model in practice,not only the small and medium-sized students’ spare time efficiency greatly improved,and effectively control the security problems of primary and middle school students,the most important is that student’s after school life,after-school tutoring and extracurricular activities to solve problems follow.Based on the perspective of after-school service,mainly using the interview method,questionnaire method,observation method to study the fong kuo community "4:30 class" model of development process,summing up the basic of "4:30 class" fong kuo community development and extracurricular activities,course design,this paper expounds the if students will pass the model fully accept all kinds of education activities,and aiming at the problems of the targeted Suggestions are put forward,and emphasize on the basis of legal protection as soon as possible to formulate and implement effective coping strategies,give full play to the role of the after school education,the classroom extends to the spare time,In order to provide better services for students’ all-round development.
