| Idioms are the "living fossil" of Chinese culture,a carrier of inheriting Chinese traditional culture,and a powerful tool to promote students’ language development.Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education emphasizes the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture and the cultivation and promotion of students’ language learning ability.Therefore,idiom teaching is an essential part of Chinese teaching.Teachers should attach importance to idiom teaching,students should also love idiom learning and have certain idiom knowledge.Parents should also cooperate with school education to provide students with a good atmosphere of loving Chinese traditional culture and idiom learning.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,the main contents are: the problem,research review,research content and research methods.Idioms have become an important tool for inheriting Chinese culture and improving students’ language ability.In the wave of Chinese traditional culture and "idiom fever",the presentation and emphasis of idiom teaching is in line with the requirements of the development of the times.The author of this part of the textbook for data support and foothold,also can provide some ideas and methods for future teaching.This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature,data analysis and questionnaire.The second part is the analysis of idiom teaching value,which includes teaching value,cultural value and life value.The teaching value mainly discusses the use and value of idioms in literacy and writing teaching,reading teaching and writing teaching.Cultural value mainly includes the analysis and research of material cultural value and spiritual cultural value embodied in idioms.The value of life mainly shows that the use of idioms in daily life and idiom teaching can improve students’ ability of expression and communication.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of idiom teaching in primary schools.It mainly includes the statistics and analysis of the selected contents of idioms,the questionnaire survey of teachers’ idiom teaching,the questionnaire survey of students’ idiom learning and the detailed statistical analysis of the results.In the questionnaire survey,parents’ attitude towards students’ idiom learning is involved.Part of the questionnaire for teachers was filled out by 40 primary school Chinese teachers inChongqing,and part of the questionnaire for students was filled out by 129 fifth grade students in a primary school in Chongqing.The fourth part is on the basis of the former part,put forward the corresponding teaching strategies,mainly divided into two aspects:School Teachers’ teaching and family education.Teachers’ idiom teaching mainly consists of three parts: arousing students’ interest in learning,strengthening classroom teaching and assisting teaching with extracurricular resource activities.Family education is mainly to provide parents with a space for their children to learn idioms.The fifth part is on the basis of the third and fourth parts,and based on the students’ psychological characteristics and the compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard,designed the idiom teaching program in the whole primary school stage.According to the psychological characteristics of students of different ages,the teaching materials and the teaching requirements of the course standard for different periods,the teaching contents and activities of idioms are designed with the idioms in the teaching materials as the main teaching content,and some excellent idiom teaching actual recording segments are listed.On the basis of previous studies,this paper aims to propose practical and specific idiom teaching strategies and program design for the current primary school Chinese textbook.It also provides some ideas and directions for the author’s own idiom teaching in the future. |
