Education is the foundation.Be virtuous and develop in an all-round way.Aesthetic education,because "it can not only enhance people's aesthetic qualities,but also affect people's emotions,interests,temperament,and mindlessness,inspire people's spirits,and warm people's hearts." National attention and parents 'attention.At the same time,with the rapid development of my country's economy and society and the prosperity and progress of education,school aesthetic education has improved significantly after years of hard work and experimentation.At present,the development of aesthetic education in my country is showing a good trend.However,it must also be seen that for economically underdeveloped areas,especially the poor areas of remote ethnic groups,aesthetic education is increasingly becoming a difficult problem to be solved.Otherwise,aesthetic education will inevitably become a new link to widen the gap.In this regard,this article attempts to respond and answer.The author believes that the current problems faced by poor ethnic minority areas in the development of aesthetic education are more or less found in so-called economically developed areas or education-developed areas,but they are more "typical" in remote ethnic minority areas.County B,County M,City S is not only a sequence of 88 poor counties in the four provinces in Southwest S,but also a minority area.Focusing on this,this paper selects B county in M city of S province as the research object.At the same time,we will further focus on the focus and start research from the construction of the art teacher team.Art education is synonymous with aesthetic education to a certain extent,and the construction of its teaching staff is an intuitive mirror.Therefore,this article attempts to explore the problems and causes of the construction of the teacher team through the age structure,knowledge background,professional ability,professional expectations,continuing education and training of the teaching team,and find possible optimization paths.In order to achieve the above research purpose,on the basis of literature review,the author made the "Survey Questionnaire on the Status of Art Teachers in Elementary and Secondary Schools in Southwestern Ethnic Areas" and "Interview Outline for the Construction of Art Teachers in Elementary and Secondary Schools in Southwestern Minority Areas",targeting 19 mountainous towns in B 438 education administrators,music and art teachers in primary and secondary schools conducted questionnaire surveys,and interviewed personnel from relevant educational administration departments and primary and secondary education administrative cadres,teachers and representatives of some parents.Through the collation and analysis of the questionnaire data and interview content,this article finds that the problems of the art teacher team in county B of M city are concentrated on the professional level of the teacher team,which is specifically manifested in the lack of full-time art teachers,the lack of art teacher professionalism and art teachers The professional development is restricted in three aspects,but the lack of awareness of art education,inadequate government supervision and self-restriction are the main reasons.Faced with the problems of art teachers in primary and secondary schools,combined with the actual situation in county B,and integrating the experience of art teachers in M cities,S provinces,and even at home and abroad,this article believes that it is necessary to build consensus,strengthen supervision,and recruit and develop art teachers through multiple channels.It is the path that B county can take to optimize the construction of art teachers.
