| The development of science and technology,the change of old and new media,"The Belt and Road Initiatives" and other Chinese wisdom continue to promote China’s international communication capacity.On January 25,2019,Jinping Xi put forward the integrated development theory of self media,with the continuous return of content construction and the continuous integration and standardization of government media.It is the general trend for self media to promote the development of the current media industry.It plays an important role in the development of social sports organizations and the transmission of events by virtue of its advantages of fast transmission speed,wide range of audiences,fast information access and real-time communication.On September 2,2019,the state council general office issued by the outline of sports power construction notice(countries do hair {2019} no.40),file points out that the construction of sports media pattern,all play a short video platform,weibo,WeChat,client,etc in the positive role of sports culture propagation,build sports media products,promote the development of the national fitness the wisdom.Social sports reflects the development level of China’s sports undertakings,and its important leaders and performers are social sports instructors.The registration management platform of social sports instructors and the daily practice guidance work of social sports instructors are two independent platforms,with low efficiency,sparse management and single communication mode.In the organization and management of social sports instructors,the government takes the lead,which leads to the lack of joint force between social sports instructors and the masses.In terms of human resources,it has not completely got rid of the thinking mode of planned economy,and has not fully coordinated with social organizations such as the government,the profession itself,the university and the community.In social sports organization,a large number of social sports instructors in the form of volunteers,no entity,nor provide formal full-time jobs,resulting in talent ability raise up any requirement,for work and arrange lost its continuous and stability,the traditional social sports instructor management pattern,has not adapt to the development of the media era.In general,social sports instructors,this paper choose the media service platform as the research object,using literature,expert interview,case study research method on the media such as social sports instructors,the guiding ideology of constructing the service platform,the principle,target,function,mechanism and marketing strategy are studied,such as a preliminary to the following conclusion:(1)The comparison between the domestic and foreign volunteer service websites and thewebsite of China social sports instructors association shows that the two websites have their own advantages.However,the latter website instructor’s regional navigation,retrieval and search services are good,but the platform operation mode and management loopholes are large,the content construction rate is low,the lack of social module leads to one-way information release,some links are invalid or invalid,and the voluntary service evaluation standard and rating system are not perfect.(2)To construct the horizon,the media service platform design of the basic theory of social sports instructors: guiding ideology,overall objectives,basic principles,ten major function module(member registration,information search,online authentication,application,training,brand marketing,information evaluation,social,review and release)and improve the management mechanism,innovative services,operational support and assessment reward mechanism)and platform construction implementation path,for platform efficient scientific management to lay the theoretical foundation.(3)Platform to absorb and draw lessons from other media and traditional media marketing experience,the formation of "New media +community + industry" marketing pattern,make up for social sports instructors in stimulating consumption and conduction value since the media community limited ability of faults,clear segmentation,establish fan community,realized by knowledge value-added marketing.In the early stage of the development of the platform,through big data analysis,the audience’s fitness habits,literacy,purpose,etc.,to track the audience’s value orientation and psychological appeal,and achieve targeted management;At the later stage of the development of the platform,it pays attention to intelligent operation and maintenance,shapes the brand,and creates a new pattern of sports media communication with a sense of belonging of sticky audience. |
