In recent years,scientific and technological revolutions and industrial changes have put forward new requirements for the scientific and cultural foundation and comprehensive literacy of vocational students.The important role of cultural teachers who undertake to cultivate the literacy and humanistic heritage of vocational students has been further highlighted.Correctly perceiving and identifying one’s professional identity has become a key issue in the teaching reform of secondary vocational schools.It can be said that the realization of the professional identity of teachers in the vocational culture class is an important guarantee for building a high-level vocational teacher team and improving the quality of vocational education.However,at present,there is a lack of research on vocational culture teachers in China,and there are few studies on the professional identity of vocational culture teachers.Based on this,this study focuses on teachers of vocational culture courses,delves into the professional identity of this group,analyzes the dilemma and causes of their professional identity,and proposes corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the professional identity of teachers of vocational culture courses.This research summarizes the essential connotation and basic characteristics of teachers ’professional identity based on the relevant research analysis of domestic and foreign scholars,and attempts to build an evaluation index system for teachers’ professional identity;the cultural teachers of vocational schools conducted a questionnaire survey,supplemented by in-depth interviews,and comprehensively analyzed the status of professional identity of teachers of cultural courses in vocational schools.According to the survey results,the author summarizes the main problems of the professional identity of the teachers in the vocational culture class include the deviation of professional cognition,the weakening of professional emotional experience,the lack of professional will,and the lack of professional behavior tendencies;and analyze the subjective and objective factors that lead to these problems.Based on the above problems and reasons,this study proposes a strategy for constructing the professional identity of teachers in the vocational culture class: first of all,it is necessary to prepare for the identification,including establishing ideal goals,inspiring identification awareness,improving identification literacy;second,in specific during the implementation process,we must focus on deepening professional cognition,strengthening professional emotions,firming professional will,and optimizing professional behaviors;finally,secondary vocational schools should do all kinds of security work,such as building a professional learning community,improving the identificationevaluation system,and establishing effective support mechanism and create a good cultural atmosphere.
