Junior middle school is a critical period for students' all-round development.Junior high school students just entered junior high school,has its own particularity.At this time,it is extremely necessary to guide the students correctly and help them to establish a correct world view,outlook on life and values.In the growth process of junior high school students,can't do without the guidance of teachers,also can't do without the guidance of parents.In order to promote the healthy growth of junior high school students,effective home-school interaction has become a very important topic.In this article,through questionnaire investigation and interview method,combined with the literature analysis method,to a private school of qingzhou qingzhou H school as a case study,the questionnaire and interviews,the school parents and teachers through a school at the beginning of the current situation of the interaction analysis,find out the cause of the effect at the beginning of a school interaction,and put forward some corresponding strategies to improve at the beginning of a school,for private schools in other parts of the qingzhou and e ven a school at the beginning of enlightenment to the interactive model.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are four favorable trends in the home-school interaction of H school in qingzhou city: the awareness of the necessity of home-school interaction is gradually strengthened,the communication reasons become rich,the home-school interaction attitude is good,the home-school interaction effect is obvious.At the same time,there are also some problems: the understanding of home-school interaction between the two sides is low,the initiative of home-school interaction is poor,the home-school interaction is less time and the content is relatively single.This study attributed the problems existing in the interaction of the first H school in qingzhou city,and found that there were three main reasons for the uncoordinated interaction of the first H school: the backward concept of the main body of home-school interaction,the lack of innovation in the form of home-school interaction,and the imperfect guarantee system of home-school interaction.For these reasons,according to the theory of man's all-round development,common responsibility theory and overlapping influence threshold theory as the theoretical basis,put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the school at the beginning of a interaction,mainly including interactive subject to set up the correct home school idea,innovation parent-school interactive forms,build perfect interactive's security system,improve your body's interaction ability,strengthening the construction of community education function.The inno vation lies in that we pay attention to the special period of junior high school,combine the practice of connecting junior high school with home-school interaction,inherit the existing efficient home-school interaction,creatively use modern information technology to create a new way of interaction,and pay attention to the educational function of the community.
