| Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,mankind has entered the information age,and Internet technology has penetrated into all aspects of society.Internet technology has not only had a far-reaching impact on economic and social development,but also promoted earth-shaking changes in social production and way of life.Education,as a very important aspect of social life,has also undergone great changes in teaching mode and means.Therefore,we should continue to explore effective ways and methods of Internet + education and accelerate the innovation of modern education mode.Physical education is an important part of education.It is an important educational process in which the school has an organization,a plan and a purpose to promote the all-round development of students,strengthen their physique,and impart sports knowledge and skills to cultivate their will.Physical education is the main way for schools to achieve the goal of physical education.It is an activity in which teachers and students jointly participate in bilateral activities,using appropriate teaching methods to guide students to master the knowledge of physical education and health,basic physical skills,and finally let students form a good quality of will.Physical education is mostly conducted outdoors.Due to the special teaching contents,methods and scenes,the teaching of physical skills and movements mostly relies on teachers’ detailed explanation and personal demonstration.But in the actual teaching,the process of demonstration action is short,students can only rely on their own initial impression after the demonstration,the speed of forgetting is relatively fast.Especially for a complete,relatively independent action sports technology combination,often there is no way or in practical teaching difficult decomposition,a professor of teachers can only repeat an action skills demonstration,the result can only be taught a lesson a knowledge,or even more class is taught the same knowledge,seriously affect the teaching and learning efficiency.In order to solve this problem,use the Internet in the sports teaching can be a good solution: teaching resources on the Internet can make students to complete a detailed understanding of a set of combined techniques and decomposition technique,the liberation of the students’ study time,so that the students can consolidate their knowledge and skills anytime and anywhere,so,can effectively improve the efficiency of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning efficiency.This paper studies the application of Internet resources in the physical education of some middle schools in weifang city,shandong province by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and theoretical analysis,and draws the following conclusions:1.The popularity of Internet sports resources in sports teaching is relatively small,and someschools even do not involve the use of Internet sports resources in sports teaching.2.The online physical education teaching resources are comprehensive and rich,which can meet the daily use of students.However,the quality of physical education resources is different.3.Although the school supports students to learn sports on the Internet,there are still some students who do not like to learn sports on the Internet.Moreover,students who use the Internet are more focused on sports entertainment search and rarely learn sports skills through sports resources.4.Teachers have been able to effectively combine Internet resources with lesson preparation to enrich the content of lesson preparation,but the methods and means are single,failing to make full use of the advantages of the Internet in class.5.Parents have a strong sense of online supervision,but they seldom communicate with teachers and rarely participate with students.Through the analysis of the results,the following development countermeasures are proposed:1.Promote the professionalization of Internet physical education in schools and improve the popularity rate.2.Accelerate the induction and integration of Internet physical education teaching resources.3.The school should strengthen investment construction,innovate physical education teaching based on students’ interests and hobbies,and improve students’ participation initiative.4.Teachers should improve the network quality,use the advantages of the Internet,analyze the students’ sports situation and aim at teaching.5.Parents should strengthen communication with teachers,take the initiative to participate,and unify the influence of home-school education. |
