The 21 st century.With the rapid development of information technology,the combination of "Internet +" and various industries has become an irresistible trend of The Times.In 2016,premier li keqiang presided over the executive meeting of the state council,which adopted the 13 th five-year plan for the development of national education and promoted the modernization of education to provide talent support for national construction.With the advancement of national education informatization,the information literacy of teachers has become one of the essential factors to provide talent support,which is of great significance for the traditional PE teachers to develop towards the professional development of new PE teachers under the background of "Internet + education".Therefore,in this paper,extraction of shihezi 12 schools of shihezi city first middle school respectively,shihezi city,the second middle school,no.3 middle school of shihezi,shihezi city,the fourth middle school,shihezi fifth shihezi eighth middle school,high school,shihezi city,hengshui experimental middle school,senior middle school of shihezi tonly 20 middle school,high school,shihezi city shihezi 16 middle school,eight second senior middle schools.The questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods were used to investigate 98 middle school physical education teachers and 15 related information training experts.This paper aims to understand the existing problems and analyze the existing problems of information literacy of physical education teachers in shihezi middle school,find out the factors affecting the development of information literacy of physical education teachers in shihezi middle school,and provide correct theoretical reference and practical guidance for the development of information literacy of physical education teachers in shihezi middle school.Through research and analysis the following conclusions:(1)the shihezi city middle school physical education teachers in general or a consciousness of information,most can know in the "Internet + education" under the background of information literacy for sports teachers’ professional development is very important,but there are still part of the latest research results of teachers for academic frontiers of enough attention,sports disciplines of the latest scientific research bears on the change of the physical education teaching in physical education teaching,scientific research in advance even try fusion to build the most advanced sports teaching mode or method.(2)information knowledge is one of the most important factors in information literacy.The most basic information knowledge of physical education teachers in shihezi middle school is still available,but there is a lack of understanding of the meaning of information literacy.Most of them define information literacy as simple information technology,especially relevant basic terms and principles of information.(3)information ability refers to the ability of physical education teachers to combine the information they have mastered with the physical education teaching of the subject.The performance of physical education teachers in shihezi middle school in quickly acquiring sports information and integrating it into the classroom is outstanding,and they often use information technology to prepare lessons,indicating that they have a good command of basic ability.But in the student physique monitoring and the sports meeting arrangement as well as the correlation data processing software and multimedia and so on modern teaching technology is extremely deficient.(4)information quality refers to whether teachers can comply with relevant laws and regulations when they obtain information or carry out information exchange.The vast majority of teachers are able to avoid spreading false information in physical education,but they are still very deficient in complying with network ethics,paper indexing and laws and regulations related to computers.(5)according to the survey on the computer grade of physical education teachers,most of them have the national computer grade ii,which is a great guarantee for the development of physical education teachers’ information literacy.(6)in the training of physical education teachers’ information literacy,leaders’ attention,difficulty in integrating informatization into physical education,incomplete school software and hardware facilities,and personal factors of teachers all restrict the development of physical education teachers’ information literacy in shihezi middle school.(7)the survey on the basic information of middle school physical education teachers in shihezi city shows that the age of middle school physical education teachers is getting younger,their academic qualifications are gradually improved and their professional level is getting higher,which lays a solid foundation for the development of middle school physical education teachers’ information literacy.Based on the above investigation results and the actual situation,the author puts forward relevant countermeasures: middle school physical education teachers should establish a modern teaching concept and enhance the understanding of the importance of information literacy;Strengthen the popularization and improvement of the related information knowledge of middle school physical education teachers;Efforts should be made to improve middle school physical education teachers’ information ability,practical operation ability and the ability to combine modern teaching techniques.Strengthen the improvement of secondary school hardware and software information equipment,to provide a good information environment;Establish and perfect information literacy evaluation system and related incentive mechanism.
