With the rapid development of information technology in the 21 st century,the Internet,big data,AI and other technologies are rapidly influencing all walks of life in society.With the integration of "Internet + Education",the existing education model and demand model have undergone great changes.The penetration of the Internet into the education industry has brought great changes to school physical education.The curriculum standards of physical education and health also point out that students’ information literacy should be improved.As a key factor in the training of PE talents in schools,PE teachers need to constantly improve their information literacy level and accelerate the transformation of the role of teachers,so as to meet the great challenges brought by educational informatization.Based on the challenge of Internet to school physical education,this study investigated the information literacy of middle school physical education teachers in Deyang City.The author has compiled the questionnaire of middle school PE teachers’ information literacy by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad.Then,12 principals and 102 physical education teachers from 12 schools in 1 county and 3 county-level cities in Deyang District 2 were investigated by questionnaire and interview.The results are as follows:1.The overall level of physical education teachers’ information literacy in middle schools in Deyang City is low,and there are the following problems:(1)Weak awareness of information: weak awareness of the importance of information-based teaching;The enthusiasm of information technology learning is not high;Not strong awareness of the application of information technology.(2)Lack of information knowledge: one-sided grasp of the essence and connotation of information literacy;To the modern physical education teaching means know less;The mastery of information software needs to be improved.(3)Weak information ability: the ability to effectively use the acquired information is poor;The ability of adopting informationized teaching means is general;The integration ability of information technology and teaching link is weak.(4)Weak information ethics: I have insufficient understanding of network ethics;There is a lack of educational awareness of students’ information morality.2.Through the survey results,it concludes that the main factors restricting its development include: the imperfect development of teachers’ information literacy;School information teaching construction is not complete;It is difficult to integrate information technology and curriculum;The teaching mode and teaching idea are backward;The pattern of information literacy training lags behind.3.Based on the above conclusions and the actual situation,the author proposes five ways to improve the education sector,schools,leaders and PE teachers themselves: to create an information teaching atmosphere and strengthen teachers’ information awareness;Renew the old teaching idea and innovate the teaching mode of subject;Strengthen the construction of information facilities and build a learning and exchange platform;Develop multi-technical training,improve information application literacy;We will establish a scientific evaluation system and standardize the implementation of incentive policies.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the improvement of physical education teachers’ information literacy in middle schools in Deyang City,and provide theoretical support for the research of physical education teachers’ information literacy.
