The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated: "We must adhere to the road of socialist cultural development with Chinese characteristics,stimulate the innovation and creativity of the entire nation's culture,and build a socialist cultural power." Promoting the inheritance,innovation,and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture is building socialism.The strong guarantee of a culturally strong country,and the continued education of Chinese excellent traditional culture is an important way to build a socialist cultural country.In recent years,Chinese excellent traditional cultural education has shown a rapid development trend,and various sections,especially primary and secondary schools,have promoted Chinese excellent traditional education in an orderly manner.However,the practical activities and research results of continuing education for Chinese excellent traditional culture are still relatively weak.Putting Chinese continuing education on outstanding traditional culture in the dynamic process of cultural change will inevitably lead to a broader,more rational,and more diversified perspective of understanding.Therefore,this study uses the theory of cultural abandonment,adopts literature research method,field survey method,case analysis method and other methods to systematically explore the continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and strives to clarify the era value of continuing education of excellent Chinese traditional culture and grasp the status quo of continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture,analyzing the problems existing in continuing education of outstanding traditional Chinese culture,and then putting forward the practice path of continuing education of outstanding traditional Chinese culture,with a view to benefiting the development of continuing education of outstanding traditional Chinese culture in theory and practice.Cultural lag,also known as cultural deviance or cultural imbalance,was first proposed by Ogburn to explain various problems arising from the different speeds of changes in various parts of cultural changes.In the new era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture from the perspective of cultural degeneration has a more important and special era value.In recent years,government agencies,enterprises,schools,and rural communities and other relevant units have carried out many exploratory practices in the continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and have also maderemarkable progress.However,judging from the contradiction between the current major social contradiction between the people's increasing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,the main contradiction in the education of the new era has been transformed into the people's growing need for high-quality education and the unbalanced education.There are sufficient contradictions,and the continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture still has the problems of deviation in value cognition,inadequate system construction,and insufficient development and utilization of material elements from the perspective of cultural deviance.Based on the perspective of cultural deviance,we can optimize the advancement path of continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture.We can start from the following aspects: Take the concept of change as a guide to improve the value recognition of continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture;Take local government as the lead to improve the excellent Chinese excellent Institutional construction of continuing education of traditional culture;Based on educational practice,focusing on the development and utilization of material elements of continuing education of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
