School Training Path For The Legal Consciousness Of Secondary Vocational Students

Since the 19 th National Congress,China has further issued policy documents to accelerate the rapid and better development of secondary vocational education.In the second decade of this century,China has established and operated the world's largest secondary vocational education training system.Due to the particularity of the schools,the students trained by the school will enter the society directly after a short professional study.Under the background of legalization,secondary vocational students must not only have professional skills,but also have a certain degree of legal consciousness,so that they can know the law,understand the law and use the law,and can protect and safeguard their rights.As a main place for students' learning and living,the schools have the advantages and effectiveness of cultivating secondary vocational students' legal consciousness as well as extremely important practical significance.This article takes secondary vocational students as the research object,takes the students 'legal consciousness as the research theme,and combines the latest policy requirements to explore a practical and efficient path for cultivating secondary vocational students' legal consciousness.In order to cultivate the legal consciousness of vocational school students,they must start with cultivating the consciousness of rules,rights protection and law-abiding consciousness.The schools must carry out different measures from various angles.This article uses questionnaire survey method,the literature review method and targeted interview method.After analysis and research,it is concluded what measures have been taken by the schools and several shortcomings in cultivating the legal consciousness of the students.There are three measures already taken by schools.Firstly,formulate various binding rules and regulations.Secondly,explore governing schools by law.Lastly,try to establish a targeted teaching system.But according to the survey,there are still some shortcomings in cultivating the students' legal consciousness.Firstly,low agreement with school rules and regulations.Secondly,the effectiveness of legal education is not obvious.Thirdly,low degree of legalization of student education management.Fourthly,the students have no consciousness in law.Lastly,teachers' legal literacy is difficult to set an example for students.This article is mainly composed of the following six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the topic selection background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations.The second chapter is the investigation of the status of legal consciousness of students.The third chapter is the analysis of the status of legal consciousness of students.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the taken measures and various problems in students' legal consciousness training.The fifth chapter introduces the school path of legal consciousness training.Based on systematic investigation and demonstration,the following countermeasures are proposed.Firstly,administer schools according to law to cultivate students' awareness of rules.Secondly,rule of law in student education and management to raise students' awareness of law compliance.Thirdly,learn the application of law in industry practice and emphasize the awareness of rights protection.Lastly,give play to the demonstration effectiveness of teachers teaching in accordance with the law.The last part is a conclusion,which combines the latest policies and innovations.It is hoped that this research will promote the legal education work of the 6 secondary vocational schools and even the whole secondary vocational schools in our country to move towards a path that is more conducive to cultivating the legal consciousness of secondary vocational school students.
