theoretical learning community for college students is to increase the interest and enthusiasm of theoretical learning for college students with rich learning and practical activities,consciously arm the mind with the party's innovative theory,and train a group of young Marxists.Therefore,as an important education project,attaching importance to and strengthening the construction of college students' theoretical learning associations and giving full play to their functions is not only an important organizational support for strengthening the ideological and political education of college students,but also important for the cultivation of young Marxists.Role and meaning.On the basis of comprehensive literature research on the theory and practice of the construction of theoretical learning communities for college students,taking the theoretical learning communities of college students in Shandong Province as an example,adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice,through questionnaires,in-depth interviews,observation research and other methods To understand the basic status quo of the construction of theoretical learning communities of college students from the macro and micro perspectives,analyze the shortcomings in the construction of theoretical learning communities of college students,and take a problem-oriented approach to research and propose a new era to strengthen the construction of theoretical learning communities of college students.Countermeasures.First,the thesis clarifies the related concepts.The thesis analyzes and summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the "new era" and "theoretical learning community for college students",expounds the necessity of building a theoretical learning community for college students,and lays the foundation for further research.Next,the thesis uses the literature research method to systematically discuss the trajectories and characteristics of college students 'theoretical learning communities at different historical stages since the reform and opening up.It explores the historical experience of college students' theoretical learning communities and provides a reference for the development of communities in the new era.Specifically,it is divided into two stages: the first stage is the period for the establishment and exploration of college students 'theoretical learning communities,and the second stage is theperiod for the college students' theoretical learning communities to continue to be standardized and strengthened.Furthermore,a questionnaire survey method and interview method are used.Taking the universities in Shandong Province as an example,this paper analyzes the theoretical learning type of college students in the new era from the institutional setting,development scale,community activities,and organizational management of the construction of theoretical learning community for college students.The status quo of community construction fully affirms the role and achievements of the construction of theoretical learning communities for college students,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of communities.The survey results show that the current theoretical learning community structure of college students is relatively sound,the size of the community is growing,the activities of the community are constantly enriching,and the organization and management are gradually standardized.However,there are problems in the construction of communities,such as the difficulty of theoretical learning,the need to enhance the attractiveness of communities,the looser management of communities,the improvement of operational efficiency,the rapid flow of community members,the need to improve connection and inheritance,the tightness of activity funds,and the need to improve security mechanisms.Finallu,the thesis puts the foothold of the research on the path of strengthening the construction of theoretical learning communities for college students.Based on comprehensive analysis of the literature,based on the actual situation of theoretical learning communities for college students,it proposes targeted paths,mainly from Starting from the three dimensions of strengthening ideological guidance,improving safeguards and building distinctive brands,it summarizes the path for the future construction and development of theoretical learning communities for college students,and provides reference and guidance for the construction and vigorous development of theoretical learning communities for college students in the new era.
