The Influence Of Social Capital From Villagers In Fangzheng County To Work In Japan

This article studies the impact of social capital on the labor services of villagers in Fangzheng County.Through the literature analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,the paper explores the impact of the social capital,information network and trust on the quality of migrant workers in Japan.First,established the theoretical framework of this study through literature analysis,and revised the theoretical framework and variable measurement of this article through interviews.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect data related to the variables in the theoretical framework,and the questionnaire data was analyzed through SPSS software version 24.0.The results of the questionnaire survey show that:social capital has a significant influence on decision-making constraints;social capital has a significant influence on the working area and hourly wages of working quality;social capital has an indirect effect on working quality through decision-making constraints;human capital has an impact on working quality There is a significant impact.Finally,according to the research findings,the problems of villagers in Fangzheng County who go to Japan for work are proposed: social capital is a double-edged sword that affects the quality of work for Japan;the resistance of decision constraints greatly affects the quality of work.At the same time,the cause of the problem has been analyzed from the perspective of social capital,and for different problems,suggestions and countermeasures have been proposed from three perspectives of individual villagers,government,and labor agencies abroad.
