After analyzing the financing data from the financial report forms of the elementary schools in one district of Beijing and one country of Hubei province, I get per student expenditure, per student public funding and per student personnel funding of the two regions. Then analyze the difference of financing among the elementary schools of the two regions. And search some factors , such as the origin of compulsory education funding ,the structure of compulsory education funding, the scale of the elementary school , the ratio of students to teaching staff and the capital asserts of the elementary school, whether they influence the difference of funding on education or not. What'more, compare the difference of financing education in the district of Beijing with the country of Hubei. Finally, summarize the same and the difference between the elementary school in big city and the school in small country.Then we can get some conclusions.Firstly ,per student personnel funding has the greatest difference about the three funding among the elementary school in one district of Beijing ,whereas, ,per student public funding has the greatest difference among the elementary school in one country of Hubei province.Secondly, the difference of per student expenditure in one district of Beijing is less than that in one country of Hubei province. The diversity of per fiscal aid among the elementary school in one district of Beijing is more than that in one country of Hubei province. Nevertheless, the result is reverse of the per student funding raised by the school itself.Thirdly, the per student personnel funding effect on the difference of per student expenditure among the elementary school in one district of Beijing is larger than that in one country of Hubei province. And the per student official funding effect on the difference of per student public funding in one district of Beijing is also larger than that in one country of Hubei province.Fourth , the per student fiscal aid effect on the difference of per student expenditure among the elementary school in one district of Beijing is larger than that in one country of Hubei province. The result is reverse of the per student funding raised by the school itself.Finally, the ratio of students to teaching staff effect on the difference of per student expenditure among the elementary school in one country of Hubei province is larger than that. in one district of Beijing.
