Senior high school students have gradually matured in physiology and psychology,initially formed their own outlook on life and world,and gradually matured their self-consciousness.However,they will face pressures in their studies,which will inevitably have adverse effects on their interpersonal relationships and emotions.As a part of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Maslow's "hierarchy of love and belonging needs" is mainly to cultivate people's emotions and group relations.This paper takes Maslow's“hierarchy of love and belonging needs" as the theoretical basis to study music teaching in senior high schools,which provides favorable guidance for meeting students' needs,improving students' emotions and interpersonal relationships.This paper is mainly discussed in four parts:The first part mainly introduces the connotation of Maslow's“hierarchy of needs for love and belonging" and the embodiment of Maslow's"need for love and belonging"in high school music.This theory pays attention to the various needs of human development.By linking this hierarchy theory with high school music teaching,it is not only of great significance to music teaching,but also meets the needs of students,at the same time,it will promote students' all-round development.Although there are few studies on the relationship between Maslow's "need for love and belonging" and music,the existing research results show that the theory plays an important role in stimulating students' enthusiasm,organizing teaching and building a new teacher-student relationship.The second part is the investigation and analysis of "love and belonging needs" of high school students and music teaching,including research plan,investigation content and method,investigation data analysis and summary of problems in senior high school music teaching in China.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and induction and summary.The object of the questionnaire survey is the students of Class 14,15,16,17 and 19 of the second high school in Chang' an District of Xi'an.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire survey,we can understand the students' needs for music learning and which of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is.Finally,it summarizes the existing problems in music teaching in senior high schools in China.The third part is the implementation of Maslow,s "hierarchy of love and belonging needs" in high school music teaching.Firstly,according to the analysis results of the questionnaire survey,the implementation requirements are put forward for the problems existing in the music teaching in high school,which are mainly reflected in two aspects:1)to meet the concept requirements of the high school music curriculum.2)to meet the needs of students' love and belonging;secondly to carry on the design and planning,the process of music teaching for music teaching contentdesign the teaching activities.teaching activities teachers through discussion,the team cooperation way to complete the teaching goal,fulfills the needs of the students and guide,the final show in the form of music teaching case teaching.The fourth part analyses the implementation results of Maslow's "need for love and belonging" in music teaching in senior high school.In order to test whether students can meet their "needs of love and belonging,and music learning through the improvement of music lessons,this paper conducts a second questionnaire survey at the end of the course.According to the teaching situation of senior high school,it is concluded that the effects of students in the teaching process are mainly four points:1)clear the motivation awareness of music learning;2)improve the students' learning initiative;3)Enhance the sense of teamwork among students;4)Enhance the sense of recognition between teachers and students.At the same time,there are still some deficiencies in the research of Maslow's "love and belonging need" level in teaching.Therefore,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:student subject,teaching method,teaching environment and teaching content to promote Maslow's "love and belonging need" to be widely used in high school music teaching,hoping to provide guidance for the development of music education in China.
