Currently,high school students generally lack a sense of historical identity,and they know little about the past and present situation in China.This is reflected in the relevant educational activities of the history curriculum.The main problem is that local historical resources and textbooks are not integrated,and students no longer have relevant historical knowledge.With a deep understanding,students study only history,but do not really understand it,therefore,the development of local historical resources plays a very important role in the historical education of our country.In multinational areas such as Xinjiang,it is important to use local resources to teach history in high school.Because the education and development of local resources in the history class of high school not only contributes to the overall development of students and the professional development of teachers,but also contributes to the continuous development of historical education and the formation of school characteristics.More importantly,in the border areas of minorities,local resources and national sovereignty play an important role,in addition,they also have an important influence on strengthening national unity,as well as on the functioning and support of the border.This article mainly studies the development and application of local resources in teaching history in high school and considers the Xinjiang area as a research area.Firstly,the prerequisites for the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the status of the study in the country and abroad,the content and methods of the study are described.Secondly,the general situation with Xinjiang's local historical resources is understood and analyzed,and then the questionnaire method is used to calculate local resources in Xinjiang.The current situation with the use of the classroom on the history of the secondary school is studied and analyzed,the status quo of the development and use of local resources by teachers and students is separately considered,and then the problems and reasons for using local resources in the classroom of the Xinjiang school are summarized.The policy is imperfect,the school lacks attention,teachers are not enough,awareness of the development of local resources is weak,social support is not enough,and the concept needs to be updated,and finally,the practice of developing and using local resources in teaching the classroom in Xinjiang High School is analyzed to understand them in Xinjiang.The importance,principles,and methods of presenting the development of history teaching in high school put forward countermeasures to strengthen the use of local resources in teaching high school history in high school in Xinjiang,and finally generalize the study of the full text and put forward prospects for future research.
