Research On The Development Path Of Community Adult Education Under The Background Of "Internet +"

With the prevalence of lifelong education in the world,community education,as an important means to achieve lifelong education,has been carried out all over the world.Our country attaches great importance to the development of community education.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly states that "community education in urban and rural areas should be carried out extensively,various learning organizations should be accelerated,and a learning society with universal learning and lifelong learning should be basically formed".Community education has become a necessary way and requirement to build a learning society.Community adult education is an important part of community education,and it is also a new field of building a lifelong education system and developing a learning society in China.However,there are still some problems to be solved urgently in the process of the development of Community Adult Education in our country at this stage,which limits the development of community adult education to a certain extent.At the same time,with the progress of information technology,China has entered the era of "Internet plus".The deep integration of Internet technology and education has brought about new changes in traditional education,and has brought new opportunities for the development of adult education in China,and has also put forward new requirements.Therefore,we should clarify the current situation of the development of adult education in China,find out the existing problems,and combine the current"Internet plus" background,and propose strategies to solve the problems to adapt to the development trend of the current era.This is the key to promoting the sustainable development of Community Adult Education in China.Firstly,this paper collects,collates and analyses the relevant literature of community education and community adult education at home and abroad,and preliminarily grasps the status quo of community adult education at home and abroad and its information development,which lays a theoretical foundation for the next research.On this basis,this paper combed the development thread of "Internet plus" and community adult education,and analyzed the new changes brought by "Internet plus" to our community adult education from four aspects,and demonstrated the feasibility of combining Internet plus with community adult education.Subsequently,taking the development of adult education in Qiaoxi District of Xingtai City as the research object,this paper analyzed the development status of community adult education through questionnaire and interview,summarized the existing problems in the current development,and analyzed the causes.It is found that the cause of Community Adult Education in China is developing steadily,but there are still many problems.In terms of ideology,the masses and managers have inadequate understanding and deviation of community education cause;in terms of curriculum design,the content is monotonous and not rich,which deviates from the real demands of adult learners in the community;in terms of learning form,the advantages of network informatization are not brought into full play,and the learning form is single and rigid;in terms of resource development,the funds are insufficient and the sources are single,which makes it impossible to serve the community.Adult education resources provide adequate protection;in the management system and mechanism,it is still not perfect,lack of horizontal and vertical links.Finally,based on the above understanding,combined with the background of"Internet+",this paper puts forward the development path of community adult education based on "Internet plus" from four aspects:publicity channels,network learning platform construction,learning resources setting and learning support services.That is to say,innovating propaganda means to popularize concepts,improving and building network learning platform to enrich learning forms,developing personalized courses to meet diversified needs,improving learning support services to strengthen the support of system,management and technology,so as to solve the current problems in the development of community adult education,so as to better adapt to the changes of the times and achieve sustainable development.
