Comprehensive Human Development Theory, As The Threshold Under The Urban Community To Participate In The Path Of Research

Man's all-round development is not only a kind of ideal state but also a kind of developing reality. The former is throughout the latter, and is achieved by the latter. Man is the mainstay of creating social history, and all the developments of human civilization are inseparable from human beings. Since the 1950s, a large-scale, long-running community development campaign was launched in the world. The core ideology of this campaign is "human-centered" with the purpose of helping the community residents solve the practical problems of life, and it quickly arouses the whole world's attention, not because of the economic and political aspects but because it reflects people's new understanding of community development and community participation that people are in the center position of social development and community participation. With the great promotion of urbanization, community participation has become the new driving force and new theme of our social development. However, there exist such problems in our urban community participation as the lack of community residents' participation, the dislocation of government involvement, the poor access to community participation, etc. All these problems are caused by such factors as the lack of human subjectivity in the community participation and the failure of setting the man's all-round development as starting point and end-result. Therefore, this paper will explore the new path of urban community participation with the core objective of man's all-round development from the perspective of man's all-round development theory of Marxism.The path exploration of urban community participation from the viewpoint of man's all-rounds development theory consists of internal and external development space exploration. The internal development space exploration should promote the all-around development of community residents through such ways as improving the participation capacity of the community residents, satisfying their diverse needs and expanding the social relations between them with the purpose of achieving the individual development. And the external development space exploration aims to expand the community participation space and improve the organization forms of community participation by adjusting the government functions, improving the relevant laws and regulations of community participation, innovating community participation system, as well as excavating the social capitals, etc. so that man's all-around development is achieved.
