Since 1999,with the needs of social and economic development, the scale of postgraduate education in China has become increasingly large, and graduate education has gradually become an important part of the popularization and popularization of higher education. As a result, attending postgraduate entrance examinations has increasingly become a focus of attention for most undergraduate graduates. But just as the sheer size is often accompanied by a series of problems,it is also true for graduate admissions.More and more college students choose to take the postgraduate exams for postgraduate entrance examinations, and postgraduate exams for delaying employment.According to the survey,in the postgraduate group, the number of people who choose to take a postgraduate exam because of their love for academics is less than half.A considerable number of people choose to take a postgraduate degree in order to avoid employment pressure,or because their own learning is not enough to find a more satisfactory job. This aspect has played a certain role in alerting the quality of undergraduate education. On the other hand,if we can conduct an in-depth analysis of the decision-making behavior of college students to choose postgraduate examinations, then it can be said to be a reference for most confused college students.Value and guiding significance.Based on the relevant theories of behavioral economics, this research uses a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research.Firstly, this paper uses questionnaire data to verify and analyze the factors affecting college students' research and development.Secondly, based on the theory of behavioral economics, combined with questionnaire data, theoretical analysis and interpretation of college students'postgraduate research behavior;In-depth analysis of typical interview cases reveals the micro-decision process of college students' decision-making behavior. The reason why the theory of behavioral economics in economics is chosen is that behavioral economics emphasizes the psychological characteristics of actors and is more suitable for economic behavior analysis in specific life practice than traditional economics.in this way.For the decision-making behavior of the postgraduate entrance examination,it can be regarded as a very microscopic scope in the investment of education. The research object is the group of college students who intend to postgraduate and unintentionally. The study found that many college students often take the prospect of future development as a reference point in the face of work difficulties, and make decision-making decisions through the evaluation of the benefits and losses of future development;the majority of recent undergraduate graduates and previous graduates will psychologically divide their wages. To different psychological accounts;college students of different degrees will choose to delay or evade because of the current difficulties. In view of the above research conclusions, combined with some deviations in the decision-making process of college students' postgraduate entrance examination, this paper puts forward the following suggestions from three perspectives:school, society and students themselves:actively reform the training mode of undergraduate education, and guide college students to find their own occupations.Planning;national government or society needs to weaken the correlation between salary and education, and reduce the degree of academic discrimination;college students should learn to position themselves as soon as possible and recognize their actual needs.
