| With the expansion of college enrollment and the increase of social competition,more and more graduates are facing employment problems.Sports training specialty is the main specialty in sports specialty.Graduates are also facing a severe employment situation.With the popularization of national fitness and the proposal of healthy China construction,volleyball graduates are facing many challenges in employment.At the same time,their employment choices have become more diversified,which puts forward higher requirements for their employment ability.Therefore,this paper takes Tianjin Institute of Physical Education as an example,by analyzing the feedback information on the employment of volleyball graduates majoring in sports training,puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of the ability of volleyball graduates majoring in sports training,and at the same time,makes the unemployed volleyball graduates have a comprehensive understanding of the employment intention,employment problems and the quality of employment ability.In the course of the research,the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were mainly used.Taking Tianjin Institute of Physical Education as an example,the employment feedback information and ability training orientation of volleyball students majoring in sports training were analyzed and studied.The results show that: 1.Volleyball graduates majoring in sports training can master the basic teaching of volleyball well,but they lack the teaching ability of other basic sports.The ability to engage in sports scientific research,volleyball special judgment ability,the ability to combine theory with practice,writing ability,organization and planning ability,foreign language level are also the inadequacies of volleyball special graduates of sports training specialty.2.Volleyball graduates majoring in sports training have a high level of special skills and tactics.In volleyball special training ability,most people still lack in psychological training ability,physical training ability,sports intelligence training ability.In terms ofspecial teaching ability,there are some deficiencies in making teaching plans and writing teaching plans through the requirements of the syllabus.3.There are deficiencies in the knowledge reserve of volleyball graduates majoring in sports training in psychological science,health sports science,training and competition.The ability of assisting training and teaching with basic theory knowledge of volleyball is insufficient.Especially in assisting training and teaching with volleyball tactics,theoretical knowledge can not be well exercised in practice.4.The training of Sports Training Majors is not comprehensive enough to consider the characteristics of talents needed by society,lack of innovation in teaching links and methods,and lack of employment guidance for students,which can not effectively improve students’ awareness of employment and their ability to find jobs.The employer’s evaluation of students is different from that of students’ self-evaluation. |
