With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,the number and size of the floating population is also expanding,and the migration of population presents a new feature of family migration,which is accompanied by the rapid growth of the number of children of floating population in the city.Especially for the children of the floating population in the compulsory education stage,in recent years,the state has actively introduced and implemented the relevant education policies,so that their right to education has been basically guaranteed.However,it has become an important issue for the whole society to pay close attention to whether they can really integrate into the city school from the aspects of thought,culture and life after they enter the immigration school.The solution of these problems is not only promoting the healthy development of the children's personality of floating people,but also it is of great significance for the realization of educational equity and social harmony in our country.Based on that,first of all,this paper reviews and combs the research on the integration of floating population children at home and abroad,and defines the related core concepts to lay a solid theoretical foundation.Secondly,from the realistic point of view,the author mainly uses the questionnaire survey and interview method,and takes the children of floating population in the compulsory education stage of Qingdao as the research object.Then the author goes deep into the school scene,makes an empirical study on their learning integration,interpersonal integration and cultural integration after entering the city school.Finding out that there are mainly obstacles in learning attitude and method,interpersonal adaptation,cultural identity and communication between home and school.However,the causes of the above problems are not perfect guarantee mechanism of government integration,social culture and other macro reasons,but also the limitations of schools,families,children of floating population and so on.Finally,through the induction of the problems and causes encountered by the children of the floating population in the school integration,the author tries to put forward practical suggestions and countermeasures from four aspects: government,school,family and society,that is,establish integrated education protective system,optimize the management style of school education,develop home-school cooperation model and encourage community participation in governance,etc.
