Research On My Country's Rural Anti-poverty Issues From The Perspective Of Social Work

China's poverty problem has always been the focus of the world poverty problem,is also the world anti-poverty process in the important measures.Since most of the population in China is concentrated in rural areas,the poverty problem in China can be manifested as rural poverty to some extent.At the same time,China is still in the primary stage of socialism and will remain so for a long time to come.Therefore,at present,China's poverty alleviation target scale is large,the relative poverty problem is prominent,the phenomenon of returning to poverty occurs from time to time,the poor areas,especially the concentrated areas with special difficulties,are relatively backward in development,and the task of poverty alleviation and development is still very difficult.In order to fulfill the historic task of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,the central government has issued the outline of China's rural poverty alleviation and development program(2011-2020)and the decision of the state council of the CPC central committee on winning the battle against poverty(hereinafter referred to as the decision).In the report to the 19 th CPC national congress in 2017,the strategy for rural revitalization was put forward,making solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority in the party's work.The introduction of a series of policies and systems provides an important opportunity for social work to participate in rural revitalization.Therefore,introducing social work and other social forces into poverty alleviation work will become an important path to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),liaoning has established and improved the system of poverty alleviation,effectively improving the level of rural governance,and reducing poverty by more than 250,000 people every year,achieving unprecedented achievements.The poor areas have improved markedly.Has been made to improve further consolidate F city anti-poverty engines work,ensure that by 2020 the city under the current standards of rural and poor areas of poverty,poverty population F city issued "about consolidated ascension out of poverty crucial competitive results in three years to build a well-off society in an all-round way rolling plan(2018-2020)",the full implementation of the ten consolidate promotion project for poverty alleviation,thoroughly let difficult people out of poverty.This paper aims to use literature analysis method,observation method and other research methods to take H village in liaoning province as an example.Through field investigation,questionnaire and unstructured interview method are used to obtain relevant data of H village and opinions of residents and village leaders of H village on poverty alleviation.From the perspective of social work,this paper analyzes the poverty problems and causes of poverty in this village,and concludes that the causes of the problems come from the obstacles of sustainable development of farmers,the lack of social capital,and the imperfect anti-poverty mechanism.Under the perspective of social work,the writer puts forward the countermeasures for the cause of poverty in work for community participation in rural poverty,attaches great importance to the social capital,perfecting the rural anti-poverty system,will be conducive to the advancement of our country rural anti-poverty work,smoothly to solve rural poverty problems,and to further promote the development of China's poverty alleviation work to provide feasible Suggestions.
