Research On Anti-poverty Social Work In Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Anti-poverty is the common theme of all countries in the world and an important link in building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country,while the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities are the hardest hit areas of our country against poverty,and nine of the 14 special poverty-stricken areas in China are mainly inhabited by ethnic minorities.Including 366 ethnic counties;The poverty in minority areas is characterized by deep poverty and wide range of poverty.The incidence of poverty in minority areas is higher than that in the same period in China.Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is a deep poverty area of "three regions and three prefectures" in China.In addition to the poverty characteristics of ethnic minority areas,Gannan Prefecture is unique due to its special geographical location,historical background and special characteristics.There are differences between religious culture,folk customs,causes of poverty and characteristics of poverty.This paper chooses Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture to study the anti-poverty social work on the basis of the religious culture and the uniqueness of folk customs in the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities.Social work is accompanied by anti-poverty.It is guided by altruism,dedicated to serving the disadvantaged groups,attaching importance to human development and advocating helping others to help themselves.At the same time,it has a set of its own professional methods and techniques to provide for the fight against poverty.The values,specialities and cultural sensitivities advocated by social work have some advantages in the fight against poverty in minority areas.Based on the literature and participatory observation,the present situation of poverty and anti-poverty in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is studied in this paper.Through descriptive analysis,this paper summarizes the current anti-poverty measures which are effective and local characteristics,and finds out the problems existing in Gannan Prefecture's anti-poverty.And the necessity of social work involvement in Gannan anti-poverty(that is,Gannan anti-poverty demand for social work);At the same time,it describes and analyzes the practice of Gannan professional social work involved in anti-poverty,carries on the theory and practice introspection,finally according to the summary analysis of the experience and the problem,puts forward the policy suggestion.This article is divided into five chapters:the first chapter,the introduction part,mainly is the research background,the significance,the domestic and foreign present situation as well as the research method and the content.The second chapter is mainly about the definition of the related concepts and the description of the theoretical basis.The third chapter describes the current situation of anti-poverty in Gannan,including the basic situation of Ganan,the current situation of poverty,the characteristics of poverty and the causes of poverty.At the same time,it describes the localization of anti-poverty measures adopted in Gannan.The fourth chapter describes and analyzes the social work of Gannan Prefecture,including the demand for anti-poverty social work in Gannan Prefecture,the intervention of social work,its achievements and shortcomings.Chapter V,the Administration of Gannan Prefecture The government and social work make practical reflection on the anti-poverty of social work,and make theoretical reflection on the anti-poverty of social work,and finally put forward policy recommendations.
