As an important part of students' Chinese literacy, reading accomplishment is of great significance to the individual development of students. As an important way of reading assessment, primary school Chinese final examination paper plays an important role in the development of students' reading literacy. Therefore, this paper uses PIRLS International Reading Literacy Research Theory to observe the design of reading questions in Nanjing Chinese final examination paper,to examine the problems existing in the current reading test questions, and to try to put forward some improvement strategies. When comparing the reading questions of the fourth and fifth grade Chinese final examination papers in each district of Nanjing with the PIRLS evaluation framework, this paper focuses on the following four issues:what is the significance of reading question compilation through the PIRLS evaluation framework? What is the level of reading comprehension in the final examination paper? What are the deficiencies or can there be room for improvement? What can be done to optimize the content and measurement framework of reading questions? These issues will be clarified one by one in the text.In order to solve the above problems, the author first grasps the domestic and foreign research situation through the literature analysis and the text analysis two kinds of research methods, absorbs the predecessor's research achievement, finds out the research deficiency, thus lays the good theoretical foundation for this research; Then through Delphi expert method and content analysis method to collect the final examination paper reading questions carried out statistics and analysis,a preliminary discussion of the four primary schools in Nanjing City,The problems existing in the reading materials and reading comprehension level of the fifth grade Chinese final examination paper, and the analysis of the reasons, and then try to put forward suggestions and reform strategies for the problem.First of all, establish the PIRLS evaluation framework to observe the significance of reading problems:clear the connotation of reading literacy, solve the realistic dilemma of the lack of reading test direction and meet the requirements of Chinese core literacy and key competence;Secondly, the feasibility of the study was confirmed by the excellent performance of PIRLS in Taiwan and Taiwan.Thirdly, the text analysis framework and the classification standard of reading questions are established.Based on the PIRLS evaluation framework, the types of reading materials and the comprehension level of reading questions involved in 60 reading papers of grade 4 and grade 5 in 9 districts of Nanjing are statistically analyzed and analyzed.Analysis On the basis of analysis,it is found that there are some problems in reading problems at present, such as reading material emphasizing text light quality, text content:reading resistance" poor, evaluation carrier single. The level of reading comprehension:emphasis on retrieval and light inference;emphasis on induction and comparison;emphasis on generalization and criticism;emphasis on appreciation and analysis rather than evaluation. The reasons are the dissimilation of the evaluation function of the final examination, the lack of educational measurement and evaluation accomplishment of the author, and the lack of the evaluation framework of the reading literacy, which lead to the dissimilation of the evaluation function of the final examination. In view of the problems existing in the fourth chapter, this paper explores the way to reform the reading questions, and suggests that we should reform the reading questions from three dimensions:reshaping the evaluation function of the final examination, optimizing the structure of the readers, and constructing the evaluation framework of the reading accomplishment.
