| With the establishment of the national strategy for universal fitness and the setting of the 2030 goal of healthy China,variety of sports projects in China has been popularized.Because the low difficulty of training and fitness effect,Taekwondo attracted more people to participate in it.Based on the background like this,DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club was built to teach teenager taekwondo.Based on the background of supply-side reform,this paper analyzes the demand situation of Taekwondo club and the supply situation of DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club,and further analyzes the supply and demand contradictions of the DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club.This paper probes into and constructs the supply side reform path of the DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club in practice,in order to improve the supply efficiency of the Taekwondo club in the black Belt,and then provides a practical summary and theoretical reference for other similar taekwondo clubs to carry out supply-side reform.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview and so on to study and analyze the theory and practice of supply side structural reform of the DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club,and draws the following conclusions:1.The demand subject of Taekwondo club can be divided into indirect demand subject and direct demand subject,indirect demand subject is mainly to the "social" function of Taekwondo club demand,such as sports popularization,leisure and entertainment,consumption drive,etc.the direct demand subject is more of a demand for the Taekwondo club itself,including facilities,coaches,Teaching content and time,promotion and various activities,mental and emotional education and other aspects of the needs.2.DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club for the demand of indirect demand subject,through the expansion of scale,the active participation of event activities,the improvement of site facilities and quality education to develop effective supply,for the direct demand subject of the supply,through the site facilities,teacher teaching,such as the improvement of teaching content and teaching time adjustment,promotion examination,Reasonable arrangement of event activities,etc.,to form an effective supply。3.There are some contradiction between the DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club and the subject of indirect demand,such as small size of club,few training objects,small training scope,uncontrollable accidents from time to time,etc.There are some contradiction between the DEZHAO Black Belt Taekwondo Club and the subject of direct demand,such as relevant supporting facilities is not perfect,the gender ratio of coaches is unbalanced,low satisfaction of students in the content and time of teaching arrangements,the number of competition activities,low frequency of social practice activities and other contradictions.4.In order to realize the effective management of the supply side of Taekwondo Club,we should give full play to the government’s policy support,adequate clothing equipment guarantee of the market,social cultural shaping,the promotion and popularization of the association’s projects,the promotion of parents,and the improvement of the site facilities.Promote the promotion of taekwondo sports and other supply-side governance path. |
