The Application Of Mass Work And Social Work In Anti-poverty Research

Anti-poverty has always been the theme of our country's economic and social development.At present,our country is in the decisive stage of winning the battle against poverty.To achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty,it is necessary for the Party and the government to unite with all sectors of society and pool resources and forces to join in the fight against poverty.Mass work is the fundamental work method of the Party and the fundamental method to win the battle against poverty and difficulty.It has the advantages of political and organizational leadership,but there are some limitations in the working method.Social work is an important force that relies on the Party and government to participate in anti-poverty.It has scientific,professional and professional working methods,but it also has the need of the discourse system rooted in China's native country.Mass work against poverty The restriction of social work provides space for participation in anti-poverty,and the professionalism and efficiency of social work methods provide conditions for participation in anti-poverty.Mass work and social work in the concept,method,system and mechanism can combine and borrow the advantages of both sides,can better participate in rural anti-poverty work,promote the realization of the goal of poverty eradication.The research mainly includes five aspects: combing the literature of mass work and social work in anti-poverty,and analyzing the effect and limitation of mass work and social work in anti-poverty.This paper analyzes the theoretical level of the combination of mass work and social work in anti-poverty,and the case of the combination of the two in the anti-poverty of Meixi Village and Shaojiang Village.The influencing factors of two typical anti-poverty cases and how to make full use of the favorable factors are summarized.Some suggestions on combining mass work with social work are put forward.The results show that the combination of mass work and social work has achieved remarkable results in two typical anti-poverty cases and formed a set of model characteristics.The combination of mass work and social work is the innovation of mass work methods and promotes the development of localization of social work.In combination,both are also influenced by the local economic,rich and poor,the local government's guidance,and the specific causes of poverty.These influencing factors should also be well dealt with in the future combined application to avoid obstructing factors.However,the successful realization of the combination of mass work and social work requires the support of national policies and the training of personnel,besides the guarantee of institutional mechanism,it also needs to be accepted and accepted by itself.Learn from each other and monitor each other.The empirical model of mass work combined with social work can be imitated and replicated and applied to the anti-poverty practice in other regions.
