In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,mobile learning platform has gradually penetrated into education and become an inevitable trend of the development of modern education with its extensiveness,interactivity and effectiveness.The emergence of mobile learning platform provides an important way for the practice of learning independently.From a rational perspective,mobile learning platform can stimulate students consciousness of independent learning with diverse content;the diversification of evaluation subjects can regulate students' independent learning behavior;and the flexibility of learning ways is conducive to the formation of students' independent learning habits.Based on the teaching of mathematics in primary schools,this study explores the influence of mobile learning platform on primary students' independent learning ability in mathematics from theoretical and practical aspects.On the one hand,in the theoretical research,based on the characteristics of mobile learning platform,combined with the needs of curriculum development,mining the advantages of mobile learning characteristics and the relationship between mobile learning and the cultivation of student's autonomy,explained the positive effects of mobile learning platform on improving the independent learning ability of primary school students.on the other hand,from the aspect of teaching theory,promoting independent learning theory elements for mobile learning platform and designing framework construction practice from the informal learning theory,blended learning theory,feedback teaching theory,etc.Forming the principle of independent learning based on mobile learning platform,designing independent learning case based on mobile learning with teaching practice,and analyzing the changes of primary students'independent learning habits,attitudes,interests,behaviors and abilities under the influence of mobile learning environment.It demonstrates that mobile learning platform has a positive impact on students' independent learning ability.Finally,combining theoretical analysis and practical test data,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to use mobile learning platform to cultivate primary school students1 independent learning ability in mathematics at the end of the paper:motivating the students ability of independent learning with resource exploitation;promoting the formation of learning habits with content design;improving autonomous learning behavior with evaluation strategies.Under the background of the deep development of curriculum reform and the development of educational infonnatization,this study demonstrates the rationality and the value of mobile learning in improving independent learning ability of primary school students from the reality of mathematics teaching,and tries to provide effective reference for primary and secondary schools and also for teachers to use mobile learning platform to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability,thus leading the development of basic education.
