Abstract/Summary:
At present,in the basketball teaching of physical education in various middle schools,the traditional teaching mode based on classroom teaching is generally adopted.The teaching form is monotonous,the teaching content is weak,and there is a lack of connection within and outside the class.As a result,the quality and efficiency of basketball teaching is not high.Based on this,the article uses the literature review method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to study the application of micro-class in middle school basketball.A one-month teaching project was conducted with middle school students as subjects.After the end of the teaching,the basic skills of the experimental group using micro-class and the control group using traditional teaching were tested,and the test data were collected for comparative analysis,which verified the positive effect of the micro-class mode in middle school basketball teaching.The article mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The teaching effect of using the micro-class mode is better than the traditional teaching mode.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data,it can be seen that the basic skills of the students in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before the experiment,and the degree of improvement was higher than that of the control group.This fully demonstrates that the micro-class mode is more effective than the traditional mode in promoting the mastery of students’motor skills,which fully verifies the important application value of the micro-class mode in the basketball training process.(2)Through the student’s satisfaction survey,it can be found that the middle school students have high acceptance of the basketball micro-class,which is conducive to the promotion and development of the follow-up micro-class.The innovative teaching mode stimulates students’ interest in learning and training,cultivates students’self-learning ability and exerts the main role of students in learning.In the long run,it is more conducive to the development of lifelong sports awareness.(3)The design and application of the middle school basketball micro-class can effectively improve the effect and quality of basketball teaching in middle school students,and at the same time enrich the basketball teaching content system,which provides an important reference value for the promotion of basketball micro-class in the future.
