Volunteer teaching practice is a kind of educational practice method that comes into being under the new situation of China's educational development.The development of volunteer teaching practice promotes the reform of teacher education in normal colleges and universities,and alleviates the problem of unbalanced development of educational resources in China to some extent.The research on volunteer teaching in physical education practice is helpful to find out the existing problems of volunteer teaching in physical education practice,and take corresponding measures to improve the quality of volunteer teaching in physical education practice,which is conducive to the reform of teachers' education in physical education colleges and departments,and promote the balanced development of basic education.This paper USES the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics to study the preparatory stage of shandong normal university physical education students' volunteer teaching practice,the process of volunteer teaching practice and the post-evaluation stage of volunteer teaching practice of normal university students,and draws the following conclusions:The basic situation of volunteer teaching practice in sports is as follows: the largest proportion of volunteer teaching practice in rural areas for sports normal university students;The proportion of male students is much larger than that of female students;The time of volunteer teaching internship in colleges and universities is not uniform.Most teachers' colleges and universities arrange volunteer teaching internship in the second half of their junior year,while a few universities arrange volunteer teaching internship in the first half of their senior year.The status quo of the preparatory work for the volunteer teaching practice in physical education is as follows: the physical education facilities and equipment and physical education teachers in the volunteer teaching practice school are relatively insufficient;The current situation of pre-internship volunteer teaching training in colleges and universities is good.All the 5universities surveyed have conducted pre-internship volunteer teaching training.Most of the schools have carried out preliminary training,but a few have not organized preliminary training.The current situation of teaching and receiving guidance from teachers of physical education normal university students is as follows: some physical education normal university students have different teaching majors in the practice of volunteer teaching,and the available physical education content in the classroom is relatively simple,with a large number of courses.The guidance of teachers in colleges and universities is relatively good,but the guidance of teachers in volunteer teaching schools is not ideal.The current situation of evaluation and summary ofvolunteer teaching in physical education practice is as follows: the evaluation contents of volunteer teaching in physical education practice are concentrated,most of which are filled in the manual of volunteer teaching in practice;The evaluation subject is relatively single,and the PE normal university students are satisfied with the results of their internship.In general,volunteer teaching practice is an educational practice that benefits many people.The volunteer teaching practice of shandong normal university students is well carried out,but there are still many problems in practice.Through the investigation and research on the volunteer teaching of physical education practice,the following countermeasures are proposed: physical education departments should improve the training content and evaluation mode,and improve the training program of normal university students;The school should implement the training work and develop the sports facilities reasonably.Implement the dual tutorial system of internship and volunteer teaching,and communicate with each other in real time;Normal students should fulfill their duties and constantly improve their teaching ability.
