| Voluntary service is the service provided by anyone who voluntarily contributes his own time and energy to the promotion of human development,social progress and social welfare without material reward.As a branch of voluntary service,sports voluntary service plays an important role in the development of sports.As the main participants of college students' sports volunteer activities,how to cultivate and organize professional college students' sports volunteers has become an important issue in the field of volunteer service.From the existing foreign research,the foreign sports volunteer service system is perfect,the theory support is deep.China's volunteer service started late,sports volunteer service development is not balanced,and sports volunteer service system is not perfect.There have been many studies on college students' voluntary service.The research on college students' participation in sports volunteer service mainly focuses on the related research on volunteers for sports events.The form of volunteer service is relatively simple and narrow.However,there are few studies on college students' participation in non-event sports volunteer service.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth and systematic study on the sports volunteer service of students participating in non-sports events in Chengdu Sport University.Chengdu Sport University is the only professional physical education university in Southwest China.It is an important cradle for cultivating sports volunteer talents and an important object for participating in the research of sports volunteer service.Therefore,to investigate and study on students' participation in voluntary activities,offer reference for in-depth analysis of volunteers' participation motivation,opportunity,recruiting,forms of participation,organization and management situation.This study is conducive to the "cultivating morality and cultivating talents" in colleges and universities,expanding the influence of voluntary service,and spreading the volunteer service spirit of "active participation,free service and dedication to society".At the same time,it has practical significance and research value for the whole society to form the concept of voluntary service of voluntary participation.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study the current situation of students' participation in sports voluntary service in Chengdu Sport University,and draws the following conclusions:(1)After more than 70 years of CSU's voluntary service,the spirit of voluntary service has been well inherited;(2)Professors,graduate tutors as leaders,guide students to actively participate in sports volunteer service in the long-term;(3)Voluntary sports activities flourish and the spirit of "active participation,free service" is worth spreading;(4)The three-dimensional integrated organizational form of "department-association-volunteer" has achieved remarkable results,being worth of nationwide promotion;(5)Give full play to the advantages of sports major and promote the cultivation of volunteer service talents;(6)Time conflict and insufficient funds for volunteer service are the main difficulties affecting students to participate actively.According to the difficulties existing in students' participation in sports volunteer activities,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)Vigorously promote the three-dimensional sports volunteer activity organization form of "department-association-volunteer";(2)Strengthen the construction of online service platform,and improve the efficiency of participating in sports volunteer service;(3)Establish the sports volunteer service talent pool,and solve the problem of volunteer participation time conflict;(4)Actively introduce social forces to alleviate the problem of insufficient funds;(5)Strengthen social publicity,so that the whole society as early as possible to achieve the ideal of "everyone to participate in voluntary service". |
